Description

Изобретение Относитс  к уплотнени м кольцевого типа.
Известны колВцевые уплотнени , содержащие эластичный сердечник в ви- 5 де спиральной пружины, покрытый двухслойной оболочкой jl.
Недостатком этих уплотнений  вл етс  низка  надежность герметизации из-за отсутстви  самоцентровки уплот-10 нени .
С целью повышени  надежности герметизации за счет самоцентровки уплотнени  описываемое уплотнение снаб- жено дополнительным сердечником, положенным концентрично, причем внешн   оболочка сердечников выполнена С-образной формы, охватывающей их своими концами с V-образной выемкой в средней части, а между сердечниками о установлено противодействующее кольцо , примыкающее к одному из сердечников .
На фиг. 1 показан общий вид уплотнени ; на фиг. 2 - уплотнение, раз- 25 рез.
Описываемое металлическое кольцевое уплотнение состоит из сердечника 1, дополнительного сердечника 2, выполненных в виде спиральной пружины, зь
покрытых оболочками 3 и 4 и внешней оболочкой герметичности 5. Оболочка 5 выполнена С-образной, охватывает своими кромками оба сердечника и имеет в средней части V-образную выемку 6. Между сердечниками установлено противодействующее 7, примыкающее к одному из сердечников.
Описываемое уплотнение устанавливают , например, в корпус дискового затвора 8, прижимают фланцем 9. Уплотнение прижимаетс  к наклонной поверхности задвижки 10 кольцом 7.

Claims (1)

  1. Формула изобретени 
    Металлическое кольцевое уплотнение , содержащее эластичный сердечник в виде спиральной пружины, покрытый двухслойной оболочкой, о т личающеес  тем, что, с целью повышени  надежности герметизации за счет самоцентровки уплотнени , оно снабжено дополнительным сердечником , расположенным концентрично, причем внешн   оболочка сердечников выполнена С-образной формы, охватывающей их своими концами с V-образной выемкой в срёдней части, а между cepдeчникa Q установлено противодействующее кольцо, примыкающее к одному из сердечников.
