Стенова  панель изготовл етс  по известной в практике технологии вибронроката илн послойной укладки арболита. При этом соблюдаетс  следующа  последовательность формованн  издели . Форма дл  изготовлени  панелей должна иметь борта, способные занимать дво кое положение. При формовании арболитовой плиты борта занимают первое сближенное ноложение. После укладки и уплотнени  арболита продольные борта раздвигаютс  во второе положение с тем, чтобы образовать пазы дл  формовани  железобетонных брусков. До укладки бетонной смесп на форму напр гаютс  арматурные стержни известными методами. Бетон уплотн етс  с помощью вибрации и затем форма с изделием подаетс  в камеру прогрева.
