The invention relates to the field of structure metrics and can be used in the metallurgical and electrical industries in determining the physical parameters of materials by electromagnetic methods. A known method for determining the degree of perfection of a crystallographic texture on samples of ferromagnetic materials by using the relationship between texture and anisotropy of magnetic properties, which consists in constructing curves for changing the mechanical moment or the normal component of the magnetization vector, has eaten the driver by embedding these curves on harmonic components and calculating texture intensity according to the formulas using the obtained amplitudes of the harmonics and the known anisotropy constants l .. this method is the inability to control the texture in the rolling process. . The closest technical solution to the invention is a method for determining the degree of perfection of the crystallographic texture of a rolled ferromagnetic material by measuring the signal from an attached inductive converter 2. Such a method is carried out by a magnetic modulating transducer measuring the tangential component of the scattering field when the test sample is magnetized by a field directed normal to the surface of the control. However, such a method cannot be used in the control of a rolling stock. The aim of the invention is to ensure continuous control during the movement of the rolled material. The goal is achieved by passing a section of material under the transducer that remagnetizes. At an angle to the direction of hire equal to the angle of the first extremum on the curve of change of the normal component of the magnetization vector, the tangential component of the scattering field in the direction of magnetization reversal is measured. about the degree of perfection of texture. FIG. Figure 1 shows curves 1–3 of the mechanical moment variation proportional to the curves of the normal component of the magnetization vector for materials with different degrees of perfection of the crystallographic texture; Fig. 2 shows the layout of the inductive transducer on the surface of the rolled strip for carrying out the method, showing the traces of the 4 poles of the electromagnet, the measuring coil 5, and the rolling strip 6.
е. (100).Curve 1 shows the dependence of the normal component of the magnetization vector on the angle of magnetization of the sample cr by a perfect texture of the type (110) (100) - the sample plane coincides with the diagonal plane of the cube (110), and the rolling direction with the easy magnetization direction with a cube edge (100).
Curve 2 characterizes a material with a less perfect texture of the same type. Calculation and experiment show that both curves have a number of extremes. They have the first minimum at an angle between the direction of rolling and the direction of the external field, equal to 25.5 °, while the amplitudes of curves 1 and 2 at this point are jfiasitiretHbi, i.e. by the magnitude of the minimum on the curve of the normal component, we can judge the degree of perfection of the crystallographic texture.
Curve 3 characterizes a material with a different type of texture - (100) (110) - the sample density coincides with the face of the cube (100), and the rolling direction parallel to the diagonal of the (110) face and the maximum on the curve is observed at an angle of 22.5. The perfection of the texture in a danna speach can be judged by the magnitude of the maximum.
To determine the magnitude of the amplitude at extreme points of these curves, the tangential component of the scattering field is determined without destruction on any part of the material under study, caused by the normalizing surface magnetizing field directed at an angle to the direction of hire equal to the angle of the minimum or maximum at the Extreme point.

The method is carried out as follows.
Сигнал с i измерительной катушки, пропорциональный степени совершенства кристаллографической текстуры, подаетс на самописец (не показан).An electromagnet 4 with a magnetic U-shaped form is installed on the moving strip b of rolling in such a way that the magnetizing field makes an angle of 25.5 with the direction of easy magnetization. A measuring coil 5 is placed between the poles of an electromagnet. A signal from an i measuring coil, proportional to the degree of perfection of the crystallographic texture, is fed to a recorder (not shown).
Using the proposed method allows one to determine the degree of perfection of the crystallographic texture in a strip of material moving with any speed used in technological units.
