Description
The invention is designed for enterprises of the pulp-and-paper industry and of: to methods of cleaning sulphate soap, especially hardwood, from uncleanable substances. The prototype of the proposed technical solution is the method of purifying sulphate soap from unwashed substances by dissolving soap in water and HeowjbumeMbix substances from a pulverized solution with an extract of lower alcohol and carboxylic acid as an extractant with the latter followed by distilling the last til. The main drawbacks of this method are tracking; Strong foaming arises when preparing aqueous solutions of soap and the formation of heterogeneous mixture of water and soap, which reduces the intensity of extraction, since it makes feeding the extraction mixture with a constant composition difficult and requires FOR: achieving a sufficient degree of extraction of unstable extracts extraction steps and solvent. The purpose of the present invention is to intensify the extraction process and to avoid foaming when dissolving soap. To this end, water is mixed with an extractant in a ratio of 1: 14-2 before dissolving. The amount of this mixture in relation to the amount of soap is chosen such that as a result of the mixing a homogeneous solution is obtained, which is close in composition to a saturated one. As a result of the research, it was found that TfI solution & ni sulfate soap in a mixed plant. Not only does the foaming of this composition not foaming, as when dissolved in water, but the structure of the original sulphate soap is destroyed by the foam. The proposed method allows, noMfUmo exceptions noted above lack.
Кроме того, сокращаетс объем воды и затраты на ее испарение, а следовательно, энергетические и капитальные затратьto intensify the extraction process due to better phase dispersion, improved diffusion conditions of neutral substances due to the absence of a solid phase and the elimination of coalescence j in the soap solution phase. In addition, the volume of water and the cost of its evaporation are reduced, and consequently, energy and capital costs are consumed.
The method is carried out as follows.
The sulphate soap in the mixer is mixed with water and ether solvent in the indicated ratios. The resulting Jore solution continuously flows into the upper part of the ExTiaKTOpa, IB the lower part of which receives the ether solvent. The extraction process is carried out at a temperature of 20-75 0, preferably 20-30 C. The extract is continuously selected from the upper settling zone of the extractor, which is a series of ST-borne-soluble substances in a solvent. The extract enters the evaporating herystem, where the solvent is distilled off. Its vapors are condensed in a condenser, the condensate re-enters the mixer and the extractor. Non-washable substances that constitute the end of sterolsin are recycled by any of the known methods for the preparation of -sitosterol. A raffinate is taken from the bottom of the extractor zone, which represents a rat gop oi: i: s from a non-containing substance s5 sulphate soap in water and an organic ether solvent. The solution enters the regeneration of the ether solvent in the evaporator. The vapors condense into condensate, condense and cool and return to the process. From the bottom of the evaporator, an aqueous clear solution is discharged. Purified soap, which lioctynaet for treatment with sulfuric acid, as a result of which tall oil is obtained, is released from nebosshshih substances. Vacuum distillation from tall oil get high-quality fatty acids (and rosin - when processing softwood sulphate soap). You-so product flow is 10–25% higher than in the separation of tall oil (zhygo oil, which is not purified from unwashed substances.
The method is especially effective in processing sulphate soap of hardwood wood.
