Description
1, Обкладка состоит из полого цилиндрического прозрачного электрода 1 (стекл нный стакан с нанесенным наThe invention relates to the field of non-destructive methods of quality control of products using high frequency currents and can be used in defectoscopy in the quality control of layered dielectric products and their adhesive bonding with metallic substrates. Known bit plates are known that make it possible to implement the method of monitoring and observing flat objects in the field of high-frequency currents. 1 Such plates are used to photographic luminescence recording, which makes it difficult to use them in flaw detection devices. The closest to the invention is the discharge a no-optical lining containing a transparent electrode, inside which the discharge optical radiation sensor is mounted, and a dielectric elastic protector 2. Performance con using a roll electrode is low, so KeiK control necessary to conduct large-sized article, contacting lining over the entire surface sequentially by a control point to tochke.Krome addition, the results kont-. The pressure of the plate against the product influences the role. Due to the change in the thickness of the latter, the elastic contactor in the control zone is different, which affects the nature of the glow in the discharge gap, and, consequently, the control results. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the control and its automation, as well as the elimination of the influence on the results of the control of the force of the plate against the surface of the tested product. This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed lining the transparent electrode is made in the form of a hollow glass enclosed with a gap in an annular opaque elastic contactor and the latter is placed rotatably in a housing equipped with limiting rollers. FIG. 1 shows a general view of a rolling discharge optical cover; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1, The lining consists of a hollow cylindrical transparent electrode 1 (glass beaker coated on
16.its outer surface is a transparent electrically conductive coating), which is wrapped with a thin cloth 2 enclosed in an annular opaque (e.g. A phase converter 7 is placed inside the hollow electrode, on which optical sigma 8. is focused. The input hole ;, the phototransducer is limited to an opaque screen 9. The voltage from the generator (in the figures is not . Rendered) is applied to the transparent electrode and controlled composition 10. Electrode 1 st chickpeas side flanges 11 (Figure 2), koto: rye through bearings 12 are connected to; the housing of the photovoltaic converter 13 and with the help of nuts 14 are fixed in the housing of the lining 4. The current supply to the electrode 1 is carried out by means of electrodes 15 and sliding contacts 16.
Lining: a works as follows.
Таким образом, при перемещении (прокатывании) разр днооптической обкладки по поверхности контролируемого издели с последней непрерывно снимаетс информаци о качестве издели .When voltage is applied from a high frequency generator to a transparent electrode 1 and metal: the substrate of the controlled composition 10, in the gap formed by the electrode 1 and the annular opaque contactor 3, a luminescence occurs which is focused by the optical system 8 on the photodetector 13 connected to the measuring device (not shown in the figures), according to indications which judge the quality of the product under test. For the normal operation of the plate, a constant gap is necessary, which is achieved by installing a thin (on the order of 50 microns) fabric 2, through the cells of which a high-quality discharge takes place. In order for the photoconverter 13 to avoid stray light (from random etc.), its outlet is closed by an opaque Screen-Mask 9, which allows the visible rays emitted in the discharge gap to pass through only from the control zone. Thus, while moving (rolling) the discharge-optical plate over the surface of the tested product, the product quality information is continuously taken from the latter.
Следовательно, в процессе всего времени контрол зона контрол - S будет оставатьс посто нной, а поэтому и погрешность, вносима в результаты контрол толщиной эластичного контактора 3, будет также посто нной .In order for the control results not to be affected by a different pressing force of the lining (in the case of a large pressing, the area S is expanded, the thickness of the elastic contactor in the control area becomes smaller and vice versa), the lining is rotatably mounted in the housing 4, on which rollers 5 mounted on axes x mounted, bounding the plate against the control surface within the adjusted value. Consequently, during the entire monitoring time the control zone - S will remain constant, and therefore the error introduced into the results of the control by the thickness of the elastic contactor 3 will also be constant.
е. реализовать общеприн тые прие0 мы сканировани контролируемых поверхностей , используемые в дефектоскопии при автоматизированных способах контрол .5 I Thus, using the proposed bit-optical lining, large areas can be monitored for a relatively short time, i.e. implement the conventional methods of scanning controlled surfaces used in flaw detection with automated control methods.
The proposed laser discharge plate is made and tested under laboratory conditions.
