Известны аппараты дл  жидкостной обработки кож, содержание барабан, во внутренней полости которого установлены одна или несколько полок и привод вращени  барабана 1 2}«t3 Однако в процессе работы этих барабанов не достигаетс  в одинаковой степени достаточно интенсивного пере мешивани  как рабочей жидкости, так и полуфабриката, что увеличивает длительность процессов обработки. В частности, при работе аппарата можно наблюдать движение полуфабриката и в направлении враздени  и 4дрль его оси как под действием самих полок и их элементов, так и под действием потоков жидкости, которые создают полки при работе барабана . Но в осевом направлении кожи перемещаютс  главным образом вместе с движущимис  потоками рабочей жидкости и в значительно меньшей степени -за счет непосредственного действи полок на кожу,что при низких жидкост ных коэффициентах мало эффективно. Недостатком аппарата 2  вл етс  то, что при его работе осуществл етс  однообразное движение рабочей жидкости и полуфабри1{ата. При вращении барабана, оснащенного полкой, выполненной в виде рамки, полуфабрикат и рабоча  жидкость устремл ютс  через окно полки к центру барабана, что при прогрессивных технологических направлени х обработки кож на низких ЖК будет приводить к комкообраэованию полуфабриката в центре барабана, и, как следствие, к неравномерностие обработки посу1еднегб, увеличению длительности цикла обработки и ухудшению качества готовых кож. В аппарате 3 полка в виде пр моугольного треугольника, воздейству  на псшуфабрикат и рабочую жидкость при работе барабана, создает осевое перемещение лишь однажды за один оборот барабана, что обусловливает недостаточную степень воздействи  на обрабатываемый полуфабрикат. Аппарат состоит из цилиндрической бочки 1 и днищ 2, образующих барабан люка 3, полки 4, котора  вмонтирована в его полости и выполнена в виде пластины и привода вращени  барабана {на чертеже не показан). Две противоположные стороны полки прикреплены к днищам 2 на равных рассто ни х от оси вращени  барабана, а две другие расположены с зазором относительно его цилиндрической части. Аппарат работает следующим образо При входе в нижнюю часть барабана полка 4, благодар  своему углу наклона , перемещает полуфабрикат и рабочий раствор вдоль однрй из своих плокостей (например, плоскости А, см. фиг. 3) . Направление движени  жидкости и полуфабриката на фиг. 2 и 3 показано сплошной стрелкой. При этом уровень жидкости впереди движущейс  полки 4 несколько выше, чем за ней, и рабоча  жидкость перемещаетс  под полку, стрем сь выровн ть уровни. Такое же движение, но в меньшей степени совершает полуфабрикат, наход . щийс  в рабочей жидкости. Итак, част жидкости и полуфабриката перемещаетс  вдоль плоскости полки, а часть под нее. При дальнейшем движении полки 4 кожи, наход щиес  между ребром полки и боковой поверхностью бочки 1 проваливаютс ,а часть их, подхваченна  полкой, перемещаетс  под некоторым углом к оси барабана по наклонной плоскости полки 4 и сбрасываетс  с нее в рабочую жидкость. В это же врем  в нижнюю часть аппарата перемещаетс  друга  плоскость полки (плоскость Б), котора  воздействует на полуфабрикат и рабочую жидкость аналогичным образом, измен   направление движени  полуфабриката и рабочей жидкости в противоположную сторону. Положение плоскости Б полки и направление движени  жидкости и полуфабриката показано пунктирными лини ми на фиг. 2 и 3. На фиг. 4 и 5 изображено положение плоскостей полки и направление движени  жидкости и полуфабриката при враще:1ии аппарата против часовой стрелки.The device works as follows.
