(54) SCREW PRESS
1one
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and, in particular, to the design of presses.
13.A screw press is known that contains a slider mounted in the bed guides with a nut fixed in it and a spindle mounted in the bed frame supports associated with a screw thread nut, with a gear bushing attached to the spindle shank, as well as driving and working flywheels and the switching mechanism C13.
A disadvantage of the known press is that at the beginning of the stroke, the spindle under the action of its own weight and the weight of the slider is lowered down and a gap is formed between its shoulder and the supporting surface of the bolster, which is selected at the beginning of the deformation stroke. There is a shock that is perceived by all the elements mounted on the spindle shank, which leads to the exit from
тггро подшипников муфты, излишним упругим деформаци м ее элементов и, вследствие этого, быстрому износу поверхностей и элементов трени , а также элементов зубчатой передачи.coupling bearings, excessive elastic deformations of its elements and, consequently, rapid wear of surfaces and friction elements, as well as gearing elements.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability and durability of the screw press
The goal is achieved by the fact that the tfess is provided with a hollow axis fixed on the bed coaxially with the spindle, with the latter being made with a cylindrical spindle coaxially with a cylindrical and flat annular, perpendicular to the spindle axis, the supports on which the drive flywheel is mounted.
The drawing shows a screw press, a general view.
In the guides of the bed I, the slider 2 is moved, inside which the nut 3 is rigidly fixed, the spindle 4 is folded with screw thread, the return cylinders 5, the working flywheel 6, the driving flywheel 7 and the insert mechanism consisting of two couplings 8 and 9 and the drive of its cylinder 10. A screw spindle 4 is mounted in a bearing 11. It has two stop shoulders 12 and 13 and a shank 14 on which the gear bushing 15 of the coupling 8 is rigidly mounted. With the help of collet 12 and 13, the screw spindle 4 interacts with the pad 16 and thrust bearing 17 mounted in the bed e 1- Drive wheel 7 is made detachable. It consists of its own flywheel and gear wheel 18, with which the drive flywheel 7 is permanently connected to the electric motor 19. The drive flywheel 7 is mounted on bearings 2O and 21 on a hollow shaft 22 fixed in frame 1. In the bore of the driving flywheel 7 on bearings 23 and 24, a working flywheel 6 is mounted on which the coupling elements 8 and the drive cylinder Yus are mounted, mounted thereto coupling elements 8 and 9, bolts 25, springs 26 and piston 27. The driving cylinder 10 is common to the drive couplings 8 and 9 Each of the rubbing ale ntov sleeve 8 is provided with return springs 28, whereby the clutch disks 8 are pressed against them by -Custom frames (not shown). In the racks of the bed 1, return cylinders 5 are installed, the plungers 29 of which interact with the aphrodynamic brackets mounted on the slider 2. The screw press works as follows .. In the position, the cavity of the driving cylinder 10 communicates with the aerosphere. The clutch discs 8 under the action of the spring 28 are divorced, and the clutch 9, on the contrary, is closed by springs 26. The working flywheel 6 by the clutch 9 is coupled to the driving flywheel 7, which is a gear wheel. 18 is permanently coupled to the electric motor 19. In this case, the flywheels 6 and 7 are unwound by the electric motor 19 to the nominal speed. At the same time, the drive flywheel 7 rotates on bearings 20 and 21 mounted on a hollow axis 22, and the working flywheel 6 remains stationary relative to the drive flywheel 7, i.e. they rotate at the same angular speed. The slider 2 is raised in the upper position by the plungers 29 of the return cylinders 5, and the screw spindle 4 is held by the brake (not shown in the drawing). Under the action of the weight of the screw spindle 4 and the followers of the coupling 8, the collet 12 is pressed against the thrust bearing 17, and between the shoulder 13 and the bolster 16 there is formed a blind, necessary for lubricating and cooling the rubbing surfaces. When supplying compressed air in on. The driving cylinder 1O piston 27, moving downwards, closes the clutch discs 8, and the driving cylinder body 10, moving upwards, opens the clutch 9, thereby compressing the springs 26. In this case, the driving flywheel 7 idles and the working flywheel 6. Coupled by a coupling 8 with a gear bushing 15 and a screw spindle 4, accelerates the latter and the slider 2 to a given speed. When the slider 2 encounters the workpiece under the action of the deformation force, the screw spindle 4 moves upward and selects the gap formed between the collar 13 and the bolster 16. This process is accompanied by a blow, as a result of which the screw spindle 4 with the colts 12 and 13 and the driven elements of the clutch 8 are subjected impact of dynamic loads that are inherently inevitable. The flywheels 6 and 7, as well as the leading elements of the coupling 8, the coupling 9 and the drive elements of both couplings are unloaded from the effects of dynamic loads, since they are mounted not on the screw, spindle, 4, but on the hollow axis 22 mounted on the frame 1. Simultaneously with this, the working flywheel 6 transfers the kinetic energy accumulated by it and stops. The clutch 8 is also a safety clutch. It protects the screw press against damage due to overloads associated with high rigidity of the forging. After that, air is released from the cavity of the driving cylinder 1O. In this case, clutch 8 is opened by means of springs 28, and clutch 9 is closed by springs 26. A working flywheel 6, engaging with a driving flywheel 7, accelerates to a nominal revolution ©, rotating at the same time c. the same side in which he rotated while making the working stroke. Simultaneously, the return cylinders 5 through the plungers 29, interacting with the brackets 30, return the slider 2 with the screw spindle 4 to its original position.
