(54) METHOD FOR CHEMICAL REGENERATION AND STERILIZATION OF POISONS
1one
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agriculture, can be widely used in the industry of hydroponics.
With a prolonged increase in the number of plants rooted by the method of hydroponics, the root habitats, which occur under the action of biogenic factors, cause deterioration in the growth of plants and a decrease in their productivity.
1.There is a method of regenerating gravel in hydroponic culture, envisaging the desalinization of root-occupied substrates 1.
However, the use of a concentrated chlorine-containing solution for desalination is associated with intense corrosion of pipelines in hydroponic installations that are completely worn out after 2-3 years of application of the above method.
2.There is also known a method of chemical sterilization and regeneration of soil substitutes in industrial hydroponics, including the treatment of soil substitutes with w, herringbone at a temperature of 45–50 ° С and subsequent processing with hydrogen peroxide and extract from superphosphate 2.
However, this method has the following disadvantages.
Перекись водорода вл етс дефицитным реагентом, а транспортировка концентрированной перекиси водорода сопр жена с опасностью взрыва, потребностью поддержани температуры регенерирующего раствора в пределах 45-50°С, кроме того, приготовление выт жки суперфосфата, используемой в этом способе дл стабилизации почвозаменителей , требует дополнительных энергетических и материальных расходов, а вирус табачной мозаики этим способом уничтожить полностью не удаетс .Hydrogen peroxide is a deficient reagent, and transportation of concentrated hydrogen peroxide is associated with an explosion hazard, the need to maintain the temperature of the regenerating solution in the range of 45-50 ° C, and additionally, the preparation of superphosphate extract used in this method to stabilize the soil substitutes requires additional energy and material costs, and the tobacco mosaic virus cannot be completely eliminated by this method.
The purpose of the present invention is to increase the efficiency of sterilization and regeneration of soil replacers and increase the yield of crops.
This goal is achieved by pretreatment of soil substitutes with a 0.2-0.3% alkali solution, caustic potassium, which causes peptization of decomposing root residues and organic mineral films on the surface of substrate particles containing mineral and organic mineral compounds, including aluminum fulvates and iron. and also the translation of all these compounds into the state of true and colloidal solutions. After the substrate has been regenerated, the alkali solution is subjected to chlorination, the solution is acidified to a pH of 2-4 and all colloidal compounds removed from the root substrate coagulate and settle to the bottom of the tank. The resulting supernatant, containing potassium hypochloride, is introduced into the substrate. Upon decomposition of potassium hypochlorite, atomic oxygen is formed, which in the presence of a small concentration of chlorine inhibits phytopathogenic microorganisms, thus providing sterilization of the substrate. At the same time, the alkaline medium is neutralized in the rooting substrate. The temperature of the solution is in the range of 20-25 ° C. The solution obtained after sterilization, containing potassium chloride in a small concentration, other mineral and organic compounds, which do not have a noticeable corrosive effect on the pipelines, is successfully used for fertilizing the soil. In this way, pollution of the environment is prevented. Example. In the tank for the nutrient solution, a 0.2-0.3% solution of potassium hydroxide is prepared, which is then pumped into the substitute to its full flooding. To speed up the process of regeneration, the substitute in the alkali solution is digged, either treated, for example, with an FS-07A electric mill or subjected to acoustic treatment. After 2-3 days, the regenerating solution from the substrate is drained back into the tank for the nutrient solution and saturated with chlorine through the chlorinator to a concentration of 500–1000 mg / n active chlorine, creating a solution reaction in the range of pH 2–4. At this pH, all finely dispersed mineral and organo-mineral compounds fall out of the solution as a result of coagulation and settle to the bottom of the reservoir. An undesirable liquid having a pH of 2.-4 and the initial content of active chlorine 500-1000 mg / l is pumped again for -2 days into the substitute. the alkaline reaction of which is neutralized by the injected solution.
