К внутренним стенкам картера винтами 47 (фиг. 1) прикрепл ютс  состо щие из двух половинок 48, 49 пластинки, снабженные криволинейными пазами 50. 51, соответствующими размерам пальцев 22, 23 н служат дл  движени  по ним последних.. Действие предлагаемого механизма состоит в том, что пальцы 22, 22,-23, 23, укрепленные на дисках 11, 11 (фиг. 1), одетых на цапфах кривошипов 10, 10, пробегают по криволинейным пазам 50, 51 направл ющих пластинок 48, 49 криволинейный путь, схематически изображенный на фиг, 3, заставл   соответственно повертыватьс  кривошипы 10, 10, благодар  чему достигаетс  изменение длины хода в разных тактах.
