Description
(54) MULTILAYER TON-SHEET POST-DIMENSIONAL
The invention relates to multi-layered thin polymer materials that adhere to the adhesive layer, can be used in the chemical industry and other areas of technology to protect metal and concrete surfaces from the effects of corrosive media. Known polymeric materials, such as fluoroplastics, are pre-surface treated. Processing. produced by solvent I1 vapors or by corona discharge 2, resulting in an increase in the adhesive properties of the glued materials. The lack of such materials is low. The strength of their adhesion to the roll-out surface with and without using adhesives. The closest to the invention in terms of the composition of the known materials is a multifaceted TONKOLIST polymer material, which includes a trifluoroethylene polymer-based layer and an adhesive layer of polyvinyl chloride 13. The disadvantage of this material is the significantly lower strength of the interlayer and the strength of gluing of the polymeric material to the protected surfaces. In addition, this material is exfoliated by aggressive media. Chain 1b in the invention O {- increase the strength of the interlayer compound and the strength of adhesion of a MULTILAYER thin-polymeric polymer material, including a layer on a polymer layer of trifluorochloroethylene, and: adherently GLOVO-containing polymer to the protected surfaces. This goal is achieved by the fact that the adhesion layer is made of a trifluorochloroethylene ethylene copolymer with vinylidenefluoride; the polar ratio of Pts 4: 1 to 1: 1 links. The proposed polymer material has a strength of 5–12 increased by 5–12 sticking to the metal surface and does not stratify when exposed to liquid agressive media.
