It is known in the grist, including,%: building gypsum 50-85, pozzolanic Portland cement 14-45 and anhydrous alkaline silicates powder 1-5 1. It is also known in the grub, including,%: two-water G.I.P.S. 70-95 and nepheline slime 5- 30 2. The last of the mentioned victims is the closest to the technical essence and the achieved result. The disadvantages of the well-known in the crush are low strength and water resistance, as well as coarse shrinkage during hardening of concrete obtained on the basis of them. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength and water resistance, as well as reduce the shrinkage of concrete. This goal is achieved by the fact that the suspending, including two-water glasss and mineral hydraulic binder, contains as a flux-hydraulically-hydraulic binder hydrated mineral hydraulic binder and additionally amorphous silica at the content ratio of the components –– 50%; hydraulic binder 40 - 83 Amorphous silica 5-10 Portland cement, nepheline sludge and others used as mineral hydraulic binder, products .. hydrating cat Hydroxysilicates, hydroaluminates and hydroaluminous ferrites are found. In this case, the mineral suspending agent is mixed with a silk-forming additive and water at 5-10 and is subjected to hydration while not stirring, for example, in a ball mill at normal or elevated temperature, until a degree of GHF is at least 15%. Then, gypsum raw materials (gypsum stone) are added to the sludge, and even once, the mixture is hydrated until complete hydration. The resulting 373 mixture is dehydrated to the desired humidity and used for its intended purpose. Products based on what is proposed to the user are manufactured by pressing or rolling. Immediately after pressing at 20 ± 5 ° C, the product acquires high water resistance and water resistance, which is sufficient for placing it into the work. The initial density of the molded products depends on the amount of pressure and, if necessary, can be significantly increased after pressing by exposure to natural conditions or in a shorter time by boiling or heat-moisture treatment at atmospheric or elevated pressure. When hydrated, fibrous aggregates such as asbestos, metal, and polymeric silt glass fibers can be introduced into the aqueous in the nsham. In the process of hydration, hydrosilicates, hydroaluminates and calcium hydroaluminous ferrites of amorphous or unstable crystalline structure are formed in the host, which have the ability to instantly form water-resistant artificial stone when the dispersed particles approach each other (pressing). Calcium hydroaluminosunfates, which have an expanding effect, are also formed in the presence of natural gypsum stones. In addition, during the condensation of the hydration products into the susceptible crystals, due to chemical and structural-morphological affinity, they form secondary structures of accretion or ingrowth, which serves as reinforcement. Due to this, the strength of the products based on the proposed inherently increases and the shrinkage decreases. Example 1. A mixture containing 9360 g of Portland cement M400 (78 wt.%) And 1200 g of the flask of the Nikolaevsk deposit (10 wt.%) Is shifted in a GHI 20 ± 5 ° С balloon mill for 20 minutes with water at B /. During this time, 16% is hydrated. Then, 1440 g of natural gypsum stone (12 wt.%) Is added to the slurry and mixed again for 6 hours. During this time, the mortar hydrates completely. After that, the slurry is displaced with a quartz sand filler at a ratio of 1: 1, dried to an odes content of 18% by weight, cylinder samples with a diameter and 50 mm height are pressed, which are then subjected to various tests. Example 2. Mixture containing 8040 g of Portland cement M400 (67 wt.%) and 960 g of flask (8 wt.%), displaced in a bead-mill at 90 ± 5 ° С for 30 min with water at. During this time, 19% is hydrated. Then, 3000 grams of natural gypsum stone (25 wt.%) And. shifted again for 4 hours at 9Qt5 ° C. During this time, the suspect is fully hydrated. Thereafter, the gaps are displaced with a silica sand filler at a ratio of 1: 1, dried up to a water content of 14% by weight, the same samples are prepared as in Example 1, which are then subjected to similar tests. Example 3. Mixture containing 5400 g of Portland cement M400 (45 wt.%) and 600 g of flask; Nicholas field (5 wt.%), Displaced in a ball mill for 60 minutes with water at NR 90 ± 5 ° C. During this time, 28% is hydrated. Then, 6000 g of natural gypsum stone (50 wt.%) Are added to the slurry and again displaced for 3.5 hours at 90 + 5 ° C. During this time, the suspect is fully hydrated. Thereafter, the gaps are displaced with a silica sand filler at a ratio of 1: 1, added up to a water content of 13% by weight, and samples are prepared, as in Example 1, which are then subjected to similar tests. The composition and the results are presented in the table. As can be seen from the table, in the railway there is an increase in strength and water resistance, as well as low shrinkage of concrete based on it. Products on the base of the binder acquire strength and water resistance at the time of molding and do not require subsequent heat and moisture treatment.
