Она включает рабочий орган 1, вынолненный в виде протнвоточного промывочного барабана 2, с загрузочным н разгрузочным устройствами 3 и 4, который иосредством опорных бандажей 5 н роликов 6 вместе с приводом вращени  7 компонуетс  на подвижной раме 8, котора  посредством щарнирных и упругих св зей 9 и 10 устанавливаетс  на опорной раме 11, котора  одним концом опираетс  на шарнирные опоры 12, а другим - на винтовые домкраты 13.
