Description

Изобретение относитс  к вакуумны непрерывным процессам обработки длин- , номерных изделий. Известно устройство дл  непрерывной вакуумной обработки длинномерных изделий , содержащее технологическую вакуум ную камеру с вакуумными уплотнени ми,. расположенными с торцовых, сторон камеры , Уплотнени  выполнены в виде тоннел , соединенного одной стороной с камерой , а другой - с атмосферой, по обестороны тоннел  расположены уплотнительные элементы, повтор ющие профиль издели , а между уплотнительными элементами установлен патрубок, соединенный с вакуумным насосом flj. Однако эти динамические уплотнени  нельз  использовать при обработке длинн мерных витых изделий, например стальны канатов. Цель изобретени  - обеспечение возможности обработки витых длинномерных изделий в вакууме. Дл  этого в предлагаемом устройстве уплотнительные элементы устанавливают с возможностью вращени  их вокруг оси издели . На фиг, 1 изображено описываемое устройство, сечение вдоль оси издели ; на фиг. 2 - вид по Стрелке А на фиг,1. Корпус 1 устройства соединен промежуточной крыщкой 2 и переходным фланцем 3 с вакуумной камерой 4. Дл  откачки воздуха из тоннел  служит патрубок 5, соединенный с вакуумным насосом. В корпусе по обеим сторонам патруЪка вдоль оси издели  на опорных 6 и радиальных 7 подшипниках смонтированы уплотнительные элементы 8 в обоймах 9. Вакуумоплотность между детал ми описываемого уплотнени  обеспечиваетс  соответствующими уплотнитель ными кольцами 1О, например, из фторопласта или резины. The housing 1 of the device is connected by an intermediate cap 2 and an adapter flange 3 to a vacuum chamber 4. A pipe 5, connected to a vacuum pump, serves to pump air out of the tunnel. In the housing, on both sides of the cartridge, along the axis of the product, on the supporting 6 and radial 7 bearings, sealing elements 8 are mounted in the sleeves 9. The vacuum tightness between the parts of the described sealing is provided by corresponding sealing rings 1O, for example, of fluoroplastic or rubber.
