Description
The invention relates to drilling a well in a rotary percussion method. A device for drilling, which includes rock cutting tools and steel rods, is known. the intrinsic wave resistances of which are 40–60 times higher than the resistance that renders the bottom hole IJ. The disadvantage of this design is great. energy loss due to the propagation of stress waves in a turbulent column. A drilling device is known, which includes a rock cutting tool, a drill pipe, a magnetostrictive type oscillation generator, a ycfa new stress generator, and a pressure tool. drilling tool to the bottom hole, installed above the reflector of the stress waves 2j. The disadvantage of such a device lies in the fact that it has a complex structure and low efficiency due to energy dissipation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the device by reducing energy dissipation. This is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with an additional reflector of voltage waves, having a reflection coefficient less than that of the main reflector of voltage waves, and installed below the generator, and the voltage reflectors are filled in the form of a set of metal plates with different wave resistances, shock absorber made of rubber metal, and the hydrodynamic generator. The drawing schematically shows a device for drilling wells. The well drilling device includes rock-breaking tool 1, rubber-metal shock absorber 2, rigidly connected; 51y to the main reflector of 3 stress waves through drill pipe 4. The main reflector of 3 stress waves is rigidly connected to the resonator section 5, the hydrodynamic generator 6 of ultrasonic oscillations, below which an additional reflector of 7 stress waves is installed. The main and additional reflectors of load waves are made composite in the form of a set of metal plates, Rock-breaking tool 4 (a drill crown or a roller bit) is rigidly connected to an Additional reflector of 7 stress waves through a core pipe

The resonator section has its own resonant frequency. One of the voltage wave harmonics resonates when it coincides with the natural frequency of the resonator section, and energy will be released to the side of the well, since the coefficient
отражени нижнего отражател меньше, чем верхнего,the reflection of the lower reflector is smaller than the upper one,
Since the upper and lower reflectors of 3.7 (acoustic mirrors) are made of a combination of metal plates with different wave impedances, the wave impedance of each plate is chosen so that the reflection from each of the plates is a quarter of the feed wave, all waves

Thus, the reflectors have a selective reflectivity and only a certain harmonic of the generated frequency spectrum will be excited in the resonator region 5.
The rubber-metal shock absorber 2 during the operation of the device for the constant pressing of the rock-destructive tool 1 to the bottom of the well, with
The goal is to prevent energy dissipation at the bottom of the hole, and at the same time serves as a filter of low-frequency dynamic loads on the drill column, and high-frequency dynamic voltages passing through the material of the resonator section 5 are reflected by the reflector 3. resonance, which is accompanied by a different increase in the amplitude of oscillations of the natural frequency of the resonator section.
