Description
п. 2This invention relates to a corrosion protection technique. Acid-resistant mastic is known, which includes liquid glass, sodium silicofluoride and diabase powder 1. However, this mastic has low water resistance. Closest to the described invention is the mass for the manufacture of acid-resistant products, including chakshcha, weight. h .; Liquid glass 18-20 Sodium silicofluoride 2.7-3 Diabase powder Quartz sand and addition of chloroparaffin 0.1-2% by weight of liquid glass 2. The disadvantage of it is high porosity. The purpose of the inventions is to reduce the fungus zg№1zki. This is achieved by the fact that the acid resistant zamak, including liquid glass, sodium silicofluoride, dia-base flour and an additive, contains as an additive thermal power plants in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Liquid glass33-40 sodium fluorofluoride 4-6 Thermal ash ( power plants 35-30 Diabase flourEverything. In the composition of acid-resistant mass, remaining from liquid glass, silica-grained sodium and diabase (andesitic) flour, ash of thermal power plants is added. Chemical composition of gold anlesite or diabase flour 3 One can be found in Table 1. The preparation of the putty is carried out in a known manner in a known sequence 3. To prepare the putty, the powder components should have the following moisture,%: fillers (diabase or andesite flour and ash), not more than 2, sodium silicofluoride - not more than 1. Then the fillers are sieved through sieve No. 0355, and then the diabase (andesitic) flour and ashes are mixed with sodium silicofluoride in a mortar mixer. Example. Prepared 3 compositions of putties listed in tab. 2
For the manufacture of putties, sodium liquid glass with a modulus of 2.95 and a specific gravity of 1.37 g / cm is used. Putties are prepared according to the following scheme. The powder components are mixed in a dry mixer for IBIS min, and then a solution of liquid glass is poured into the mixture. After three minutes of mixing, specimens are prepared from the mixture in the form of pellets, cubes and beams for testing, and part of the mass is used to fill the seams and determine the fixability with acid-resistant materials.
3.The results of the test of prepared putties are summarized in table. 3
From tab. 3 shows that when replacing the diabase (andesitic) flour with ash by 30 parts by weight the porosity decreases and all other indicators are better or remain at the level of the properties of the putty of known composition, but when replaced by half, the porosity and the properties of the putty deteriorate. Thus, the replacement of diabase (andesitic) flour with ash at 30-35 weight.h. allows to obtain the following advantages: to reduce the porosity of the putty; improve color (putty is lighter); reduce the cost; makes it possible to use waste and reduce gold dumps.
