(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ИЗМЕРЕНИЯ ЗАЗОРА МЕЖДУ ДВУМЯ ПОВЕРХНОСТЯМИ(54) DEVICE FOR MEASURING A CLEARANCE BETWEEN TWO SURFACES

Изобретение относитс  к измерител ной технике и может быть использован при монтажных работах в судостроении судоремонте и машиностроении. Известно устройство дл  измерени  зазора между двум  поверхност ми, содержащее корпус, четыре подпружиненных штифта, каждый-из которых снабжен своим стопором {. Однако наличие в таком устройстве четырех стопоров измерительных штифтов снижает производительность измерени  и вносит погрешность в результат измерени  за счет различного усили  зажима. Креме того, в известнемустройстве отсутствуют ориентиры и базовые поверхности дл  правильной установки устройства относительно измер емых поверхностей. Цель изобретени  - повьшение точности и производительности измерени  Дл  этого стопор выполнен в виде размещенных в корпусе контактирующих одними своими концс1ми с измерительными штифтами подвижных стержней,секторов , взаимодействующих своими цилиндрическими поверхност ми с другими .концами стержней, и конического фиксатора ,размещаемого между секторами, а устройство снабжено боковым упором, ,установлен 1ьм на фиксаторе, и целевым знаком, нанесенным на корпусе в виде концентрических окружностей. На чертеже изображено устройство дл  измерени  зазора между двум  поверхност ми. В корпусе 1 расположены четыре штифта 2 и пружины 3. Штифты 2 застопоренные от выпадани  винтами 4, взаимодействуют со стержн ми 5, упирающимис  в цилиндрические поверхности секторов б, расположенных в углублений корпуса 1 с крьвикой 7. На крышке нанесены концентрические окружности 8. Между .секторами 6 располагаетс  конический хвостовик фиксатора 9, ввернутого в корпус 1. На кожухе 10 фиксатора 9 расположен боковой упор 11, закрепл емый винтом 12. Устройство работает следующим образом . Перед измерением штифты 2 опускаютс  до уровн  корпуса и закрепл ютс  положении поворотом фиксатора 9. Устройство вводитс  в зазор между контролируемыми поверхност ми 13 и 14 в месте; установки клина (на чертеже не показан).
