(54) REAGENT FOR THE ADDITION OF GROWTH OF SULPHATIC RESTORING BACTERIA IN A PLANTABLE OIL PLATE
The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to the fight against sulfate reducing bacteria, which contribute to the formation of hydrogen sulfide in formations when the oil fields are developed. The known method of inhibiting the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SSC) by adding chlorophenols I to the water injected into the reservoir. A disadvantage of the known method is its low efficiency, as a result of which it does not completely prevent the growth of SSC. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of inhibition of growth of sulphate-reducing bacteria. This objective is achieved there as a reagent for inhibiting the growth of sulphate-reducing. The 5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzoic acid copper salt with the formula Water injection technology is chosen depending on the properties of the reservoir. It is possible to carry out continuous pumping of water with the addition of 0.0005-0.01% of copper salt of 5-chloro 2-hydroxybenzoic acid to the volume of injected water or periodic injection of water containing an increased concentration of the reagent followed by injection of the Veda without the addition of a reagent. Preliminary, a working solution of 0.5-1% concentration of the bactericide is prepared in the tank, after which it is metered into the water injected into the reservoir at the required concentration. The effectiveness of inhibiting the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria was determined by the following method (Methodology for determining sulfate reducing bacteria in oilfield environments, Ufa, VNIISPTneft, 1975). Under sterile anaerobic conditions, the reagent was injected into the commercial water containing SSC in appropriate concentrations and kept for 24 hours at -32 ° C. Then 1 ml of liquid was taken from these samples and injected into postgate nutrient bottles. Bottles were thermostated for 15 days at 32 ° C. At the same time put the control sample without the addition of chemical
The effectiveness of preventing the growth of bacteria was evaluated by the degree of reduction of sulfate reducing bacteria, which was determined by the formula:

The tests were carried out in triplicate on cultures of anaerophore SSC contained in the reservoir water of the oil field. The table shows the results of the determination of the inhibition of SSC at the appropriate concentrations of the copper salt of 5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzoic acid. For comparison, the results obtained under similar conditions using 2.4 dichlorophenol by a known method are also shown there.
The data presented show that the proposed method provides
0,01%.high degree of suppression of sulfate-reducing bacteria. Thus, even at a concentration of 0.001% of the copper salt of 5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzoic acid, a degree of inhibition of 100% is provided, while in. In the known method, similar results are not achieved even at a concentration of 0.01%.
The advantages of the proposed method are as follows.
The high efficiency of the method, such as the suppression of the growth of sulfate-forming bacteria in the reservoir, occurs at a concentration of 0.00050, 01% of copper salt .5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzoic acid to the volume of water injected into the reservoir.
The ability to protect the environment, since preventing the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria will reduce the contamination of oil fields and the production of hydrogen sulfide, prevent the hydrogen sulfide and microbiological corrosion of oilfield equipment, thereby reducing the number of accidental gusts of the pipeline.
. . Expanding the range of chemical products used to prevent the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria. This is very important, since microorganisms have the ability to adapt. . .
The manufacturability of the method, Tafcka, is high, the bactericide used is not explosive, not fire-hazardous.
