Description

(54) MEANS OF STRUGGLE AGAINST PHYTOPATOGENIC VIRAL DISEASES

Hexahydrotriazindiones are prepared, for example, by deamination of methylene-by-urea.

To test the antiviral effect, experiments were carried out on solanaceous plants. At the same time, often appearing plant viruses have been used that systematically infect the appropriate host. The method of the main experiment: when using an abrasive material (carborundum powder, grain size 500), 2 main plants of Nicotiana tabacum “Samsun in the 5-leaf stage were inoculated with potato X-virus. Accordingly, 2 days before grafting and 2 days after grafting, the experimental plants were sprayed until an aqueous spray solution appeared that contains 0.1% of the tested active principle and 0.2% of Fequam adhesive (adhesives based on Buna-Rubber latex) . Control plants were sprayed with a 0.2% adhepate solution of Fekam, but without an active principle.

Twenty days after the inoculation, the concentration of the virus in the leaves above, which were separated from the uppermost inoculated leaf but less

Each experiment included a test link of at least 10 individual plants. The virus concentrations in the leaves of the individual plants, expressed in figures, are determined

В таблицах указана в процентах концентраци  вирусов, котора  была достигнута в экспериментах с испытываемыми соединени ми по сравнению сand compared with the average of control plants. The tables indicate the percent concentration of viruses that was achieved in experiments with test compounds compared to

This value is referred to as the reduction coefficient.

к.to.

1. Сери  опытов А. means that in the tested link the average concentration of viruses decreased by 8% compared to the control. The results are presented in table. 1. A series of experiments A.

(2,4).According to this method, tobacco plants of various ages (Nicotiana tabacum Samsun) were treated with various climatic conditions and grown with hexahydrotriazindione (2.4).

2.The healing effect is shown in Table. 2

(2,4).In various systematic combinations of hosts of the virus, the following healing effects were achieved by treatment with a spray solution containing 0.1% hexahydrotriazinedione (2.4).

3.The results are presented in table. 3
