These known settings are intended for processing photographic material of only one format. Installations for processing photographic materials are known, comprising a series of technological baths with an inlet located in the housing, a transport mechanism of two closed branches with grips in each, an actuator, a drying unit and a receiving hopper with a copier. However, they are characterized by low productivity.
In order to increase productivity and expand technological capabilities, in the installation described, both branches of the transporting mechanism are equipped with interchangeable plates for coaxially mounted lodgments with grippers, each of which is made in the form of a bar and a spring-loaded L-shaped clamp
При этом свободные концы копиров установлены под углом к направлению перемещени фотоматериала, а другие - выполнены с пазом, размер которого больще выступа захвата.forms with a protrusion interacting with the copiers of the entrance and the receiving bunker, the latter of which are made with fingers for photographic material. At the same time, the free ends of the copiers are set at an angle to the direction of movement of the photographic material, while others are made with a groove, the size of which is larger than the grip tab.
FIG. 1 shows the described installation, general view; in fig. 2 - view along arrow A; in fig. 3 - node I; in fig. 4 - view along arrow B; in fig. 5 - node II; in fig. 6 view along arrow B.
The installation consists of a housing 1 with a drive (not shown in the drawings), tension rollers 2, a drying unit 3, a series of technological baths 4 for solutions, a transport mechanism consisting of two closed branches 5, for example chain or flexible corrosion-resistant materials laid loop-like around drive sprockets 6 and spring-loaded rollers 7, stops 8, in places where the direction of movement of photographic material 9 changes, grips in the form of strips 10 and spring-loaded clamps 11, copiers 12 and 13 of the inlet and receiving hopper
18.14, respectively, fingers 15 on the copiers 13, projections 16 on the grippers of the interchangeable strips 17 for the cradle 18.
For operation, the installation includes a drive rotating sprockets 6, which drive both branches 5 with slats 17. Tension rollers 2 provide tension on the branches.
The carrier bars are installed in the lodgements of 18 closed branches at a certain distance one to the other in the direction of movement of the branches. This allows photographic processing of photographic materials of various widths, such as X-ray films, which are used in flaw detection, with a width from 60 to 200 mm and a length from 240 to 400 mm. The transfer of photographic material 9 from one technological position to another is carried out by a transporting mechanism consisting of two parallel branches, for example, chain, the distance between which is chosen from the conditions of transporting photographic material of a maximum length of 400 mm. Depending on the width of the photographic material, the interchangeable strips 17 are installed at a certain distance from one another. On the closed branches x 5 there are lodgments 18, into which interchangeable strips 17 are freely inserted. The latter can be inserted either into each lodgment or through a certain number of them, depending on the width of the photographic materials. On the interchangeable straps reinforced by two grips, made of anti-corrosion material.
At the approach of the grip to the copier 12 at the exit, the protrusion 16 slides along its surface, lifting the spring-loaded clamp I. The grip opens, the operator delivers the photographic material 9 to the grip.
The free ends of the copiers 12 and 13 are bent at an angle to the trajectory of movement of photographic materials, and the fixed ends have a groove whose linear dimensions are somewhat larger than the protrusion 16, which allows smooth opening of the grips.
At the moment the projection hits the copier groove, the grip sharply closes, the photographic material moves along the processing line from one bath 4 to another. At the same time, any part of the above-mentioned photographic material is processed during the same period of time. In places of change
Выступ захвата , пройд пр молинейную часть копира, попадает в его паз и плотно закрываетс .the direction of movement of the photographic material, the limiters 8 keep the latter from turning over. When exiting the drying unit 3, the gripper approaches the copier 13 and the protrusion slides along its surface, raising the spring-loaded clamp. The grip opens. At the time of maximum grip, the photo material, resting against the fingers 15, is thrown into the receiving bin 4. The grip tab, having passed the rectilinear part, falls into its groove and tightly closes.
Перенесение фотоматериала с одной технологической позиции на другую сменными планками создает услови , при котором фотоматериалы не соприкасаютс с детал ми установки, что повыща качество обработки .The installation in such an implementation enables the processing of photographic materials of any size by changing the pitch of the interchangeable strips, which expands its technological capabilities, and also reduces the time used to fill up the photo material and install them on the tape path, which improves the processing performance. The transfer of photographic material from one technological position to another by interchangeable planks creates conditions under which photographic materials do not come into contact with installation details, which will increase the quality of processing.
