  • Consolidation Of Soil By Introduction Of Solidifying Substances Into Soil (AREA)

Description

Е 02 D 3/14, 19.05,65.The invention relates to the consolidation of soils, mainly in areas with soils of low bearing capacity, and can be used in the preparation of bases for tanks or in their repair. A known method of electrochemical fixing of the soil of the base of the cutter involves the drying of the soil with a constant electric current while simultaneously injecting solutions of calcium chloride, ferric chloride, etc. 1. Also known is a method of electrochemical fixing of the soil by injecting the soils through the anode injection of the solution calcium chloride and a mixture of sulfuric iron sulphate and potassium aluminum alum, respectively, in the first and second thirds of the fixing period, and through the cathodes-injectors during the entire period repleni - waterglass solution 2. The disadvantage of such processes is not high and its strength securement fragility. The purpose of the invention is to improve the strength and deformability properties of the fixed soil. This is achieved by the fact that electrochemical fixing of the soil is carried out by affecting it permanently. electric current with simultaneous injection of electrolytes, and oil is additionally injected into the ground. The method is carried out in the following manner. In the ground, as in the case of electrochemical fastening, injectors are clogged, to which a direct current source is connected. As the soil is deposited, electrolyte solutions are introduced, for example, calcium chloride solution. Then, as the soil is further dried, oil is injected through the same system of injectors and pipelines that was used during the introduction of electrolytes. Example. The heavy loam before the treatment with the proposed method (the amount of oil — 8% of the soil weight) had a deformation modulus of 35 kg / cm, a porosity coefficient of 0, 8, and when it was used in water, it soon began to break down. After electrostatic fixing, the samples of this soil were waterproof, the deformation modulus increased to 140 kg / cm. 36690 The coefficient of porosity was reduced to the invention. The method of electrochemical fixing of soil, predominantly at the base of the tanks, by applying a constant electric current with injection of electrolytes, characterized by injection of electrolytes, which has a target density and deformative properties, and has the same properties that are used in order to improve the properties of the surface and the body, which is in order to improve the properties of the body and other forms, which have a target, and which are used to improve the properties of the body and other forms, which have the aim of improving the properties of the body and other forms, which have the aim of improving the properties of the body and other forms, which have the aim of improving the properties of the body and other body materials, which is the aim of improving the properties of the body and the body, the target body of the body and the body of the body, will have the same properties as the surface, and the body of the body will be allotted to the surface. pump oil.
