Изобретение относитс к приборостроению , в частности к блоку вращающихс головок, используемых в видеомагнитофонах специального и бытового назначени . Известен блок вращающихс головок где собственно головки расположены на диске, приводимом во вращение отдельным электродвигателем 1. в подавл ющем большинстве с помощью таких головок осуществл ют наклонно-строчную запись информации на магнитную ленту. В таких устройствах обычно барабан неподвижен, а вращаетс диск. Эти устройства нашли широкое примёнение в видеозаписи, хот т надёжнос-гь вращени диска оказываетс не всегда достаточно высокой. Наиболее близок к предлагаемому изобретению блок вращающихс головок видеомагнитофона, содержащий барабан с головками, расположенный на роликах установленных во внутренних углах П-образного основани 2. Но и в этой конструкции равномерность вращени головок оказываетс недостаточно высокой. Цель изобретени --повышение равномерности вращени головок. Дл этого в блок вращающихс головок введены пьезопреобразователи, установленные между роликами и стенками П-образного основани . На чертеже схематично изображен предлагаемый блок вращающихс головок. В блок входит барабан 1, расположенный на роликах 2, установленных во внутренних углах П-образного основани 3. Пьезопреобразователи (ПП) 4-7запитываемые от источника 5, помещены между стенками П-образного основани и роликами. В процессе работы блока на ПП подаетс от источнйка высокочастотнйе напр жение, по причине чего ПП начинают вибрировать также с высокой частотой . В результате между ПП и роликами возникает воздушна подушка, что приводит к снижению трени роликов о стенки, с которыми эти ролики наход -тс в контакте. Кроме того, ири вибрации ПП возникает также и эффект противодействи давлению роликов на контактирующие с ними поверхности. В результате повышаетс равномерность вращени головок (на чертеже не показаны ) , взаимодействующих с барабаном, а это приводит к повышению достоверности записываемой и воспроизводимой информации.The invention relates to instrumentation, in particular, to a block of rotating heads used in special purpose and household video recorders. To do this, piezo transducers are installed in the rotating heads unit, mounted between the rollers and the walls of the U-shaped base. The drawing schematically shows the proposed unit of rotating heads. The unit includes a drum 1 located on the rollers 2 installed in the inner corners of the U-shaped base 3. Piezo transducers (PP) 4-7, powered from the source 5, are placed between the walls of the U-shaped base and the rollers. In the process of operation of the unit at the PP, a high-frequency voltage is supplied from the source, due to which the PP starts to vibrate also with a high frequency. As a result, an airbag occurs between the PP and the rollers, which leads to a decrease in the friction of the rollers against the walls with which these rollers are in contact. In addition, the effect of PP vibration also occurs to counteract the pressure of the rollers on the surfaces in contact with them. As a result, the uniformity of rotation of the heads (not shown) interacting with the drum increases, and this leads to an increase in the reliability of the recorded and reproduced information.
