Description

The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used in rolling mills, namely in the design of devices for selecting 1 fob for quality control of finished products during rolling. The known grip for sampling of rolled wire nz riots, consisting of a driving movable rod, the front end end of which is fuller in the form of a gripping needle with a hook in the cut l. The working surface of the gripping needle is made straight, the gripping needle is rigidly connected to the driving movable rod. During its movement in the 11th riot mountains with the temperature of the rod about, the needle moves the rod, which gets deformed at the point of entry into the riot, resulting in a gap in the riot, therefore the gripping needle with its hook cut does not capture the rod and does not take a sample. Thus, the known grip does not provide reliable, guaranteed sampling of rolled wire from riots. The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the insertion of a gripping needle into a riot and preserve the geometry of the turns. For this, the gripping needle is connected to the rod through a transverse hinge, and the back, relative to the hinge, part of the needle is made with an end upper bevel at an angle of 15-20 to the corresponding end of the rod. In addition, the upper working surface of the needle is made concave with a radius of 4-6 diameters of the selected rod, and the bottom is convex, with the same radius. Nafig 1 depicts the proposed gripper; figure 2 is the same, top view. The sampling grip of Satank 1 from riots 2 consists of a driving movable pole 3, at the front end of which a gripping needle 4 is installed. 20 ° to the corresponding end of the rod. Such a setting of the gripping needle allows it to rotate on an axis only at a specified angle. Upper
