In a steam jacket boiler, 54 kg of kaolin are boiled in a ratio with water of 1: 1 at 50 s after 30 minutes. 30 kg of talc are added, after another 30 minutes. - 13 l of 10% sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution and 7J5 l of 40% glyoxal solution. Composition for coating 1. coating: applied to the cardboard in a red-colored machine using a Hermann's sleeve, dried in a channel dryer at 40 ° C , cardboard is calendered on a friction calender.
The table shows the quality indicators of cardboard for stereotypical matrices from Ideal Mater, cardboard according to GOST 8618-75 and cardboard with coating coatings described in the examples.
Из таблицы следует, что наибольшую прочность поверхности на выщипывание при отливе стереотипов имеет картон с меловальным покрытием предлагаемого состава (15-20 стереотипов)It follows from the table that cardboard with a coating coating of the proposed composition has the highest surface durability for plucking when casting stereotypes (15-20 stereotypes)
With an increase in the content of glyoxal in the base coat from 3 to 7%, its water resistance varies from 1 to 2 minutes. The known coatings have a water resistance of not less than 2 minutes, however, their resistance to ejection at low tide is 8 and 10 stereotypes, therefore, this indicator does not depend on the water resistance that glyoxal imparts, but depends on the presence of Na-CMC in the coating composition with glyoxal. It should be noted that the combination of Na-CMC with a chemical agent is a zinc soap in the composition of the coating on cardboard. Ideal allows to obtain a plucking strength at no more than 10 stereotypes at low tide. Matrices made of cardboard with a coating of the proposed composition have toughness at pouring stereotypes 2 times higher than the known ones. Increasing the ebb of a stereotype from a single matrix allows reducing the consumption of matrixes for a given circulation of stereb type and labor costs for their production, in addition, when pressing matrices, the typesetting form wears, the state of which affects print quality. The economic effect in the printing them. Volodarsky, when releasing a newspaper in Leningradskaya, the truth from the use of matrix board with a new coating layer is formed by reducing the consumption of materials and labor costs for the manufacture of matrices and is more than 130 thousand rubles. in year.."..,.,.,.-".; . . ,, But it is necessary to take into account the main advantages of its use of print media - improving the quality of printing and reducing the time for preparing newspapers. Cardboard for stereotypical newspaper matrixes is produced by the Proletary technical cardboard factory. The volume of production is 2 OT) t / year. The total need for a matrix cardboard printing industry 700 tons / year. Changes in the production technology of matrix board in the Proletary factory, in connection with the introduction of cardboard with the proposed coating, do not require additional capital investments. At the factory Proletarian held an experimental development of the specified kapTOHa. Experimental production cardboard passed production tests in the printing house of them. Volodarsky Lenizdat, during which it was found that the matrix made of cardboard with the proposed coating, the number of cast stereotypes twice the matrix from the card of the current production of the Proletarian factory.
