Description

The crankcase of a multi-cylinder regular engine in the places where the crankshaft main bearings are installed has partitions serving as bearings and separating the crankcase into separate compartments. Partitions have openings through which a mixture of air and products of combustion with oil intensively passes when pistons move. The continuous movement of the air-oil mixture through the openings in the partitions prevents the oil from separating - settling and being intensively pumped out by the suction stage of the oil pump. Therefore, modern engines with such a crankcase design and a conventional lubrication system have a number of disadvantages, of which the main ones are:

1) increased oil consumption (compared to star engines),

2) smoking of individual cylinders,

3) burnout piston rings,

4) the release of oil from the prompter,

5)заполнение картера излишним количеством масла, ненужного дл  смазки (уход масла в картер после выпуска),5) filling the crankcase with an excess amount of oil that is not needed for lubrication (leaving the oil in the crankcase after release),

6) pumping oil pump is bad (foamed oil),

7) leak from connections (joints) of the crankcase.

8) the inability of the motor to work in any position

е. повыщенна  теплоотдача в масло против теоретической работы трени ,9) loss of power to sparge oil and air flow, i.e., increased heat transfer to oil versus theoretical friction work,

10) the need for increased oil pump size for foamed oil,

11) the need for increased oil cooler sizes for foamed oil due to the reduced heat transfer coefficient from the oil with air to the radiator wall,

12) sprinkling candles with oil,

13) the impossibility of increasing the absolute temperature of oil release due to oil foaming and release from the breather.

It is proposed to eliminate these disadvantages of regular engines by using the means used in single-cylinder engines of internal combustion. Such means include a lubrication system using the vacuum and pressure created by the movement of the piston in the hermetic compartment of the crankcase, and with the release of oil from the crankcase to the sump through a check valve.

To implement this lubrication system, crankcase
