(54) GAS FLOW REGULATOR
Это достигаетс тем, что термокомпенсатор выполнен в виде двух термобиметаллических скоб, с одной стороны св занных через гибкие пластины с регулирующим органом, а с другой стороны - с планкой, соединенной через т ги с чувствительным элементом .The invention relates to instrumentation, in particular to the sampling systems of gas analyzers. Gas flow controllers are known to maintain a constant flow rate of gas independent of the gas inlet and outlet pressure of the regulator l. The known flow controllers comprise a housing with inlet and outlet fittings and a sensing element located therein, which is associated with a reference spring and a regulating member, dividing the housing into two chambers interconnected via a choke. The condition of the flow in these regulators is ensured by maintaining a constant pressure differential across the throttle of a specific flow area. Due to the change in gas density with temperature, the known flow controllers have a significant temperature error. The change in gas flow rate is about 3% per 10 ° C temperature change. A gas flow regulator is known, which contains a thermal compensator in the form of a pair of thermo-bimetallic plates located between the spring of the task and the elements regulating the compression of this spring. When the temperature changes, the thermal compensator, acting on the setpoint spring, changes the pressure drop across the throttle and thereby leads to a gas flow rate of 2. However, in such a gas flow controller, the thermal compensator is always, in the working and non-working position, under the influence of the spring of the task. In this connection, after prolonged use or storage, permanent deformations occur in the plates of the thermal compensator, as a result of which the initially set flow rate is reduced. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of regulation. This is achieved by the fact that the thermal compensator is made in the form of two thermal-bimetallic brackets, on one side connected through flexible plates to the regulator, and on the other hand, to a plate connected through rods to the sensitive element.
