Description

Изобретение относитс  к текстиль ной промьшшенности и может быть использовано дл  подачи уточной нити на пневматических ткацких станках. Известен способ подачи уточной н ти на пневматическом ткацком станке включающий прот гивание отмеренных участков уточной нити через нитенат житель и прокладывание их.воздушной струей в конфузорном канале, реализуемый в устройстве дл  непрерывного отмеривани  уточной нити требуемой длины Г| . Недостатком известного способа  вл етс  то, что длина отмериваемого участка уточной нити не контролируетс , что существенно снижает качество ткани при недолетах нити и увеличивает отходы уточной нити при обрезании ее в случае перелета кром ки ткани. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повыш ние качества ткани за счет повышени точности отмеривани  участков уточной нити. Это достигаетс  тем, что по пред лагаемому способу измер ют частоту случаев,при которых длины участков проложенных уточных нитей превышают . пороговую длину, и измен ют нат жен уточной нити на выходе нитенат жител  по результату сравнени  частоты случаев с гэданным значением интеграла веро тности превышени  пороговой длины. На чертеже представлена блок схема устройства дл  подачи уточной нити. На схеме показаны уточна  паковка 1, уточна  нить 2, электромагнитный нитенат житель 3, отмеривающий барабан 4, форсунка 5, конфузорный канал 6, фотоэлектрический датчик 7, отсосна  трубка 8, блок 9 измерени  частоты случаев, блок 10 ввода интеграла веро тности, блок 11 сравнени , нитепроводники 12.
