Description

(54) БРИКЕТНЫЙ ПРЕСС
Изобретение относитс  к области машиностроен   и может быть использовано дл  брикетировани  кормов на животноводческих фермах и комбикормовых предпри ти х. Известен брикетный нресс, содержащий станину, расположенные одна внутри другой кольцевые перфорированные матрицы, внутрен   из которых закреплена на полом приводном валу, а наружна  установлена на опорных роликах, закрепленных на станине Недостатком такого пресса  вл етс  низка  производительность, обусловленна  шириной матрицы в св зи с необходимостью принудительного удалени  срезанных гранул . Цель изобретени  - повышение производительности пресса. Это достигаетс  тем, что пресс снабжен шнеком, раз.мещенны.м в полом приводном валу и закрепленным на станине. На фиг. 1 изображен предлагаемыйбрикетный пресс; на фиг. 2 разрез А-А фиг, 1. Брикетный пресс содержит наружную 1 и внутреннюю 2 кольцевые перфорпрованные матрицы. Внутренн   матрица жестко закреплена на полом приводном валу 3, а наружна  - смпфаетс  на два опорных ролика 4, закрепленных на CTauniie 5. 11.1  срезани  , полученных на наружной матрице, иснользуетс  нож 6. В полом валу неподвижно относительно станины установлен шнек 7, который с. дл  удалени  из внутренней NiaTpiiubi. Внешн   лромка 8 шнека г5ыг|Оли ет роль можа дл  срезани  грану., выхол пи х из радиальных отверстий внутренней ;aтpнцы. Работает брикетный пресс следующим обМатериал , идущий на прессование, увлекаетс  вращающимис  наружной и внутренней чатрицами, сжи.маетс  и продаативаетс  через радиальные их отверсти . Встреча сь с неподвижными ножами 6 и 8, опрессованный матерпал срезаетс , образу  готовые гранулы. Гранулы, полученные прессование .м через наружную матрицу, попадают непосредственно на транспортирующее устройство и передаютс  на дальнейшую обработку . Гранулы, полученные прессоваиие .м через внутреннюю матрицу, срезаютс  внешней кромкой 8, заполн ют пространство .между витка.ми щнека 7, вынос тс  относительным вращением по,того ва,1а 3 вокруг
шнека к его концу и после этого попадают на транспортирующее устройство.
Установка неподвижного шнека в полом приводном валу позвол ет увеличить рабочую ширину внутренней матрицы и повысить производительность пресса.
