Description

The invention relates to megapurgic industry associated with rolling coarse, followed by the laying of the first seam, and can be used in forming a profile, pipes from both non-reinforced and hardened plastic or heat-treated materials. The known method. for craftsmanship: and billets For the production of welded straight-flow pipes by means of FlJ. This method allows obtaining a billet after rolling with otsikakakovoi strength throughout the area and cross section. With the existing methods of forming pipes on pipe electric welding mills of low carbon steel from pipe sizes from 1OO to 6OO mm with optimum process thicknesses required from 9 to 12 stands. Significant forces arise in the cells of the mill, caused by the resistance of the elastic forces of the tubular billet, which requires a considerable amount of energy for the furm formation of the pipe profile. Materials with reduced plastic properties, such as stag: and with increased carbon content (stage 35 and stage 45 of GOST 10O-74), stainless steels, etc., are worse than the formation of a profile. In this case, the weld seam of the finished pipe experiences considerable residual stresses caused by the elastic forces of the reinforced over the entire surface of the sheet material. When a pipe profile is molded from a reinforced billet, high stresses from the elastic forces are more positive, which makes it difficult to join the weld edges during welding and leads to a violation of other pipe tips, i.e. to break the seam weld. In the case of using a soft billet of annealed material, the conditions for forming the pipe deteriorate due to the lottery of the longitudinal stability of the billet and the appearance of Zamtin on the latter when passing through the mill stands, which sharply worsens the conditions of the seam joints.
