Предлагаемое устройство работает следующим образом. Отображаема  на экраав телевизионного приемника информаци  хранитс  в блоке пам ти ЦВМ. Часть И формации , отображаема  в одной строке текста, переписываетс  в блок пам ти 1 при атом регистр сдсига 3 используетс  в качэстве буферного регистра: коды сим волов,. отображаемых в строке, из ЦВМ поступают в регистр сдвига, откуда nepefписываютс  в соответствующие  чейки  1окй пам ти 1 .The proposed device works as follows.
