The invention relates to non-destructive. methods for determining the strength of concrete and can be used in the factory control of reinforced concrete products. There is a known method for determining the strength of a building material, which consists in consistently introducing acoustic vibrations with different parts into one piece over the same difference in velocities The spreading coefficient determines the attenuation coefficient, which characterizes the strength properties of concrete ij. The disadvantage of this method is the low accuracy and reliability of measurements, since it does not take into account with concrete hardening conditions. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved effect is a method for assessing the strength of concrete, which is based on the fact that ultrasonic oscillations are excited in reference samples and a controlled product, the speed of their propagation is measured, and the speed-strength relationship is measured on reference samples. taking into account the conditions of hardening of concrete and according to this dependence, for a certain rate of oscillation in the product, the strength of concrete is judged. However, the known method does not take into account the moisture content of the concrete at the time of testing and the effect of moisture on the strength of concrete, which leads to a decrease in the accuracy and reliability of measurements. The aim of the invention is to increase the measurement accuracy. This is achieved by simultaneously measuring the propagation speed of ultrasonic vibrations in a controlled product to measure the humidity of concrete, and the calibration dependence is based on the effect of humidity on the velocity of propagation of vibrations and the strength of concrete. The essence of the method is as follows. In the reference samples, ultrasonic vibrations are excited, the ultrasound propagation speed, the strength of the reference samples are mechanically measured, and the calibration curves are constructed taking into account the effect of humidity at the time of the test on the ultrasound speed and concrete strength. For this, part of the reference twin samples are moistened to full saturation or dried to constant weight, and some are tested at natural moisture. . According to the measurement results of the reference Samples, a calibration dependence is constructed: where Tg is the compressive strength of concrete in the reference Sample (article) .W is the weight humidity of concrete in the reference sample (article) at the time of testing; V is the speed of ultrasound; A, B, C - empirical coefficients determined by the least squares method. After constructing the calibration dependence, ultrasonic oscillations in the product are excited, the ultrasound velocity and the humidity of the concrete in the controlled product are measured at the same time. Then, according to calibration dependencies, strength predictions are made. Accounting for the moisture content of the concrete at the time of testing allows an increase by a factor of 2-3. 0 The invention The method of determining the strength of concrete in products, which consists in exciting ultrasonic vibrations in reference samples and a controlled product, measures the speed of their propagation, based on the results of measurements on reference samples, the calibration speed and strength of THIS dependencies for a certain oscillation speed in a product it is judged about the strength of concrete, about t and tea, and with the fact that, in order to increase the accuracy of measurements simultaneously with the measurement of the speed of propagation, ultrasound The oscillations in a controlled product measure the moisture content of concrete, and the calibration dependence is constructed taking into account the effect of moisture on the speed of fluctuations and strength of concrete.
