An exciting winding 5 is placed on the middle rod 4, which is formed by alternating the ends of the semirings of both rows. On the side panels x 6 and 7 there are placed oppositely connected measuring windings 8 and 9, respectively, between themselves. The converter works as follows. Alternating current is passed through to the excited winding 4. The transducer is positioned so that its midpoint rod 4 is located along the direction of crack development. In the controlled material 11, under each of those half-rings under which there is no crack, eddy currents appear whose contours practically coincide with the perimeter of the ring section. The eddy currents weaken the magnetic flux passing through each of the semirings. As soon as a developing crack falls under any semiring, it breaks the contour of the eddy currents, resulting in an increase in the magnetic flux passing through the given semiring. This magnetic flux induces an emf in one of the sections of the measuring winding, in the other section there is no emf in this case, since the magnetic flux does not pass into adjacent rings due to the presence of electrically conductive gaskets. The thickness of these pads should be chosen greater depth of penetration into them of the electromagnetic field of the operating frequency. As the crack length increases, the EMF of the measuring winding section increases. As soon as the crack collapses below the adjacent half-ring, an emf in the second section arises, which, due to the oncoming switching on of the sections, compensates the first emf and reduces the output signal of the converter to zero at the moment the crack is located exactly under two semirings. Thus, as the length of the crack increases, the output signal will periodically increase and decrease c. This makes it possible to measure for cracks immediately numerically, the number of extremes of the output signal is determined. The EMF compensation of the various sections of the windings is carried out by magnetic field of two adjacent half-rings. These aggressive streams are determined by the properties of closely located areas of the control object, which reduces the effect of heterogeneity of these properties. This results in a reduction in the influence of interfering parameters, which increases the accuracy of the SNOOP. In addition, the accuracy can be improved by reducing the thickness of the rings. / The use of the supply converter improves the accuracy of measuring the length of cracks and thereby improves the accuracy of determining the nature of the destruction of the material. Formula of the invention. Eddy current transducer for measuring the length of cracks in electrically conductive materials, containing a three-core ferromagnetic core, exciting on a winding placed on the middle rod, and interconnected in series, counter-measuring windings placed on the side rods from L and H and in order to increase the measurement accuracy, the core is composed of semirings separated by electrically conducting gaskets, installed by two adjacent rows, and the middle rod formed by alternating ends of the semirings of both rows.
