Description
(54) FOAM COMPOSITION
When cleaning natural gas from acidic components {C02, H2, C5-2, COS, etc. using aqueous solutions of amine alcohols (mono-, ai, triethanolamine) in the Presence of anti-corrosion additives in the absorption columns foam is formed. Strong foaming reduces the performance of gas installations, causes loss of absorbent, disrupts the rhythm of the process and, in connection with these, requires the use of defoamers to quench the foam. The composition of defoamers for quenching foam in amine processes, containing methylsiloxanes with various fillers 1, is known. industrial conditions x. The closest in composition of the known antifoaming agents is the G2 polyorganosiloxane-based defoamer. However, this antifoaming agent also has narrow specificity and low efficiency in the amine purification processes of natural gas from acidic components, besides it is a scarce product. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of defoaming. The proposed composition containing quality polyorganosiloxane polymethylsiloxane, additionally contains a brand zeolite. Затем реакционную смесь перемешивают еще в течение 2 час и пеногаситель готов к использованию .The composition is prepared in a reactor equipped with a stirrer. 95-115 ml of popimetipsiloxane (G1MS-2OOA) and 30 ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid are loaded into the reactor. With stirring, 2 g of sulfanol and 10 ml of water are successively introduced into the mixture. With continuous over-stirring, 15 g of zeolite CaL grinding 0.14 mm and 100-185 ml of water are added in portions to the mixture. After the suspension has formed, 1315 ml of monoethanolamine are added with stirring. Then the reaction mixture is stirred for another 2 hours and the defoamer is ready for use.
The table shows several formulations pekogasitel.
