(54) УСТРОЙСТВО дл  РАССЕЧЕНИЯ ТКАНЕЙ(54) DEVICE FOR CUTTING TISSUES

Изобретение относитс  к медицине, а именно к устройствам дл  операции на м гких ткан х при лечении сколиоза . Известно устройство дл  рассечени  тканей, содержащее стержень и кольцо с режущей частью l,. Однако известное устройство неприменимо дл  иссечени  фиброзных тканей, образующихс  вокруг дистрактора, без нарушени  целости кожного покрова на всем прот жении расположени  дистрак тора. Целью изобретени   вл етс  иссече ние фиброзных тканей без нарушени  кожного покрова. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем что стержень установлен соосно кольцу , соединен с ним ребрами с режущей кромкой и имеет отверстие на удлинен ном конце. На фиг.1 изображено устройство дл рассечени  тканей, в общем виде; на фиг.2 - то же/ вид сверху; на фиг.З то же/ вид спереди;.на фиг.4,5,6 - э пы применени  устройства. Устройство дл  рассечени  тканей содержит кольцо 1 с режущей частью 2, которое установлено на трех ребра выступами 4 и режущими кромками 5, установленными под углом жестко на корпусе 6. Корпус установлен соосно с кольцом и имеет отверстие 7 на удлиненном конце дл  лигатуры 8. Устройство примен етс  следующим образом. После удалени  дистрактора 9 (фиг.4). через отверсти  10 и 11, образующие канаЛ 12 (показан пунктирной линией jja- фиг.5), проводитс  лигатура 8 предварительно- проведенна  через отверсти  7.-Устройство погружаетс  в отверстие 10, образованное рассечением м гких тканей при удалении дистрактора , при этом корпус б увлекаетс  лигатурой 8 :(фиг.6). Режущие кромки 5-ребер 3 и режуща  часть 2 кольца 1 врезаютс  в фиброзные ткани. Поскольку ребра 3 установлены под углом к оси корпуса 6 устройство проходит канал 12, иссека  фиброзные ткани и ввинчива сь в них,- что создает вращательное движение режущей части 2 и облегчает иссечение фиброзных-тканей. Диаметр кольца 1 больше диаметра корпуса 6(диаметр корпуса 6 равен диаметру дистрактора 9) на 5,6 мм. При движении устройства сквозь канал 12 .Ьбразуютс  три иссеченные полосы толщиной 2,5-Змм. Figure 1 shows a device for cutting tissue, in general; figure 2 - the same / top view; Fig. 3 is the same / front view; Fig. 4, 5, 6 - examples of use of the device. The device for cutting tissue contains a ring 1 with a cutting part 2, which is mounted on three ribs by protrusions 4 and cutting edges 5 fixed at an angle rigidly on the body 6. The body is mounted coaxially with the ring and has a hole 7 on the elongated end for the ligature 8. Apparatus is as follows. After removing the distractor 9 (Fig. 4). through the holes 10 and 11, forming a canal 12 (shown by the dotted line jja-figure 5), the ligature 8 is pre-passed through the holes 7. The device is immersed in the hole 10 formed by dissecting soft tissues during removal of the distractor, while is fascinated by ligature 8: (Fig. 6). The cutting edges of the 5-ribs 3 and the cutting part 2 of the ring 1 cut into the fibrous tissue. Since the ribs 3 are installed at an angle to the axis of the housing 6, the device passes the channel 12, cutting fibrous tissues and screwing them into them, which creates rotational movement of the cutting part 2 and facilitates the excision of fibrous tissues.
