Description
The invention relates to the distribution of electricity and can be used in 6-10 kV electrical installations of urban and rural distribution networks, for example, for protection against overloads and short-circuit currents of network transformers and power cables. Current-limiting fuses are known, comprising a housing with contact caps, a fusible insert, consisting of 1, four parallel elements, spark gaps, a spring-loaded moving contact and a calibrated fusible element 1. In these fuses, when a leakage current flows, a calibrated fusible element first burns, after then the spark gap breaks through the spark gaps and in turn burns all the elements of the fusible insert. However, such fuses do not have sufficient sensitivity to low damage currents and overload currents of network transformers and power cables. For example, when selecting fuses to protect a transformer, their rated current is taken to be twice as large as the rated current of the transformer in order to prevent false tripping of the fuses during inrush current of the transformer at the moment of its turning on. It follows from this that in case of overloads less than twice the transformers are not switched off at all by fuse protection. The shape of the safety characteristic of the protection element is such that it makes it difficult to reconcile its operation with the operation of other protective devices. This contributes to the significant instability of the protective characteristics of the calibrated fusible element. For example, inconsistent operation of the fuse on the 6 (10) kV side of a transformer and the automaton on the 0.4 kV side may result in a non-selective operation of the fuse in case of damage to 0.4 kV wiring, although this damage should have turned off the circuit breaker. Another disadvantage of these fuses is the considerable time that the current of the damage to the elements of the fuse-link is disconnected, since three of these four elements must burn out alternately in two places: first, above the spark gaps, and the bottom is below them. In addition, some parts of the elements burn out under the action of only a fraction of the total fault current, due to which the disconnection time increases. The closest to the proposed technical entity is a fuse, containing a housing with contact cap (s, fuse insert consisting of weighty. :: C
2.parallel elements, spark gaps spring-loaded moving contact and fixed contacts connected to the individual elements of the fusible insert 2.
The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of the fuse and to improve the conditions for matching with the operation of other proprietary devices.
This is achieved by the fact that the proposed fuse is provided with a safety device installed in one of the contact caps, the fixed contacts are spring-loaded and electrically isolated from each other, the number of fixed contacts being one less than the number of elements of the fusible link, and one of the elements of the fusible insert is directly connected to contact cap.
The presence of a silt, a Christmas tree allows the switching off of the relay signal to start, rather than after a calibrated fusible element burns out. The execution of the fixed contacts spring-loaded provides a small transitional resistance between these contacts and the moving contact. The presence of electrical insulation of these contacts leads to the fact that each of the elements of the fuse-link burns out under the action of the total fault current, and not its part. This contributes to a more rapid burnout of the elements of the fuse-link. Direct connection of one of the elements of the fusible link with the cap prevents contact burnout.
3 - схема, по сн юша работу предохранител в нормальном режиме (а), непосредственно после размыкани контактов (б), при пробое искровых промежутков (в).FIG. 1 shows schematically the proposed fuse, cut; in fig. 2 - cylindrical insulator; in fig. 3 is a diagram, after the operation of the fuse in normal mode (a), immediately after opening the contacts (b), during the breakdown of spark gaps (c).
7.In the contact cap 1 (Fig. 1), which has an internal protrusion 2, there is installed a cylindrical insulator 3 with openings for mounting fixed contacts 4, the number of which is one less than the number of elements of the fusible insert. The upper ends of the fixed contacts 4 are connected by elements of a fusible insert 5. The springs 6 provide a small contact resistance between the fixed contacts 4 and the movable contact 7 electrically connected to the contact cap 1 by means of a flexible link 8. The movable contact 7 is held in the on position by a latch 9, which is located on the cover 10, and at its other end is connected via an insulating cable 11 to a shut-off electromagnet. If the insulation tract 11 is made flexible, this allows the use of one trip electromagnet for all three phases of the fuse. The bolt 12 locks the latch in a certain position. Between the cylindrical insulator 3 and the movable contact 7 there is a shut-off spring 13, which is compressed in the on position of the movable contact 7.
2) и прижата к внутреннему выступу 2 контактного колпака 1, фиксатор 16 преп тствует повороту цилиндрического изол тора 3 при завинчивании крыщки 10 при сборке предохранител .The fusible insert element 14 is the only element that is directly connected to the contact cap 1 (besides pins 4 and 7). The element of the fusible insert 14 is attached to the brass plate 15, which is located. in the groove of the cylindrical insulator 3. The brass plate 15 passes between the elements of the fusible insert 5 (Fig. 2) and is pressed against the internal protrusion 2 of the contact cap 1, the clamp 16 prevents the cylindrical insulator 3 from turning when the cover 10 is screwed in when the fuse is assembled.
The fuse works as follows.
Поэтому после выгорани элемента плавкой вставки 14 поочередно пробиваютс искровые промежутки между элементами плавкой вставки 5 и внутренним выступом 2 контактного колпака 1 ( 3 в), поочередно выгорают элементы плавкой вставки 5 и дуга гаситс в корпусе 17 предохранител .In the normal mode, the current flows from the contact cap 1 through the flexible coupling 8, the movable contact 7, the fixed contacts 4 and the elements of the fusible insert 5, as well as along the element of the fusible insert 14. (Fig. 3 a). With the passage of small currents of damage (overload), the relay protection acts on the shut-off electromagnet, which through the insulating cable 11 acts on the latch 9. The latch 9 releases the movable contact 7, which moves away from the fixed contacts 4 under the action of the tripping spring 13 fuse-link 5. In this case, the entire damage current passes into the element of the fuse-link 14 (Fig. 3b). During the burnout of the fusible link 14, the movable contact 7 moves away from the fixed contacts 4 to a distance that is much larger than the spark gap between the fusible insert elements 5 and the inner protrusion 2 of the contact cap 1. Therefore, after the fusible element burn-out 14, the spark gaps between the elements the fusible insert 5 and the inner protrusion 2 of the contact cap 1 (3 in), the elements of the fusible insert 5 alternately burn out and the arc is extinguished in the body 17 of the fuse.
During the flow of short-circuit currents, all elements of fusible insert 5 and 14 burn out simultaneously. The burn-out time is significantly shorter than the time of the relay protection and the shutdown mechanism. Therefore, the considered fuse works in this case as well as the prototype.
Процесс отключени можно начинать по сигналу релейной защиты, что улучшает защиту электроустановок при протекании малых токов повреждени (перегрузки).The shutdown process can be initiated by a relay protection signal, which improves the protection of electrical installations when small currents of damage (overload) flow.
