Устройство содержит четырехугольную раму 1, в вершинах которой расположены опоры 2 и 3 дл фиксации позы спортсмена. Верхние опоры 2 представл ют собой подпружиненные скобы, стержень 4 которых размешен в отверстии 5 боковых сторон рамы. Нижиие опоры 3 нмеют пазы .6 дл установки коньков 7. Пользуютс устройством следующим образом . Спортсмен принимает позу конькобежца, располага одну из стоп на коньке 7, а Плечом упираетс в скобу 2, расположенную и противоположном коньку по диагонали углу рамы. В этой позе спортсмен развивает усилие и удерживает пружину скобы в сжатом положении определенное количество времени, при этом плоскость лезви конька не должна касатьс сторон паза 6.Use the device as follows.
