In these devices, the voltage between the electrodes of the converter does not exceed 0.7 V for aqueous solutions of electrolyte and 1.5 V for solutions in dimethylformamide. As usual, these devices include electrochemical converters L sources 2. bias voltages and resistances 3 loads. For the implementation of the proposed method, they additionally contain 4 displacement voltage regulators having a low output resistance, and microvoltmeters 5 connected for the time of their adjustment, having a high input resistance. Regulator 4 is a positive voltage feedback amplifier with an output current and a logarithmic pass-through characteristic, for example, a self-magnetized magnetic amplifier. In each device, the resistance 3 of the load and the output of the regulator 4 are connected in series with the circuit of the reading electrode 6 and the common electrode 7. The operation of this circuit in the mode of limiting diffusion current provides the ability to read the output signal, for example, by the magnitude of the current passing through resistance 3 to load, the magnitude of the voltage drop across this resistance or the difference in currents of two such circuits, as in the differential pressure sensor (i, 3), using a lottery meter, for example, M424. In addition, this circuit interferes with the natural d-diffusion of the reagent through the holes in the reading electrode 6, due to its restoration on the surface of the electrode 6 and oxidation on the surface of the electrode 7. The amplifier's 1-triode (Fig. 1) has one shielded compartment between the reading 6 and about 7 common electrodes, called the integral compartment. In the second compartment, called the reservoir and containing the input electrode 8, the concentration of the reagent is close to the concentration at the surface of the electrode 6 due to the latter's operation in the mode of limiting diffusion current. Therefore, using the electrode 8 as a reference electrode makes it possible to fairly accurately judge the change in the concentration of the reagent at the surface of the electrode 6. To do this, the concentration of the dionic emf is measured. between electrodes 6 and 8 with a micrometer voltmeter 5. At the same time, due to the difference in the materials of electrodes 6 and S, the concentration “at emf. between them is not equal to zero and the equal concentrations of the reagent at their surfaces, and maintaining a constant initial value of the reagent at the surface of the electrode 6 is reduced to maintaining the same initial value of the concentration emf. between electrodes (; and 8. Since electrodes 7 and 5 are used to connect an input source, the electrolyte section between electrodes 6 and 8 is part of the converter input circuit /. The voltage drop across this section from the input current passing through it will distort measurement of the concentration emf between the electrode shaft 6 - 8, therefore, it is passed only during the adjustment of the regulator 4 prc disconnected source of the input signal. This adjustment is performed in two standards, corresponding to opposite polarities of the input voltage of one First, with a minimum reagent concentration in the gap between electrodes 5 and 7, setting the zero of the controller 4 sets the initial voltage of the electrode 5 to sit near the lower limit of the horizontal section of the output O.1-triode current-voltage characteristic And the magnitude of the concentration emf between the electrodes b and S using a micro-voltmeter 5. Secondly: the maximum concentration of the reagent between the electrodes b and 7 al.And | The displacement of the electrode 6, corresponding to the initial magnitude of the; d. between the electrodes at 8. If this magnitude of the displacement voltage of the electrode 6 is less (more) than the upper limit of the horizontal section of the vertical array of the center curve, and the 1-triode, respectively, increase (decrease) the amplitude of the input voltage and The adjustment of the regulator 4 is repeated. The operation of the amplifier proceeds as follows. With (input signal to the electrodes 7 - and S converter) input current flows between these electrodes. In proportion to the integral of this current, the amount of reagent on electrode B decreases (increases) in accordance with its direction and accordingly (decreases) the gap between the electrodes b and 7. As a result, the concentration emf between the electrodes 7 and S changes, which counteracts the input current, and the output current that passes between the electrodes 6 and 7 changes cutting resistance 3 of the load and through the output, as well as partially input circuit of the regulator 4. The latter leads to a change in the bias voltage of the reading electrode 6 by changing the concentration emf between the electrodes 7 and 8, therefore The initial concentration of the reagent at the top is unchanged between electro and 6. This eliminates the natural diffusion of the reagent through the holes in electrode 6, and therefore, and compensation due to this diffusion of the internal leakage brought to the input current. known current source input amplifiers. Tetrode 1 in the integrator (Fig. 2) has two shielded compartments: between the reading 6 and the common 7 electrodes, called the integral, and between the shielding 9 and the input 8 electrodes, called the reservoir. The volume of the tank is much larger than the volume of the integral compartment; therefore, the concentration of the reagent in it is almost constant. The shielding electrode 9 is not used to read the output signal and does not contain a load resistance in its circuit, so the bias voltage of this electrode is constant. In connection with the constant mode of operation of the electrode 9, it is not necessary to regulate it; we need a displacement, as for the reading electrode 6; Electrode 9's operating mode is close to Electrode 6's operating mode, in connection with which it is used as a reference electrode for measuring the concentration potential of Electrode 6 with the field of a microvoltmeter 5. Usually, Electrodes 6 and 9 are made of the same material: graphite, platinum or Llatino - iridium alloy, therefore, concentration e. d. between them it is equal to zero if the reagent is equal to the coictrination of their superpoints. Since the electrodes 7. and 9 s. Are needed to connect the source of the input signal, the electrolyte section between the electrodes 5 and 9 is part of the input circuit of the converter /. Voltage drop: in this area from the input current passing through it, the measurement of concentration e will be distorted. d. between electrodes 6 and 9, for this reason, it is produced only during the adjustment of regulator 4 with the input source turned off. This adjustment is carried out in two standards, corresponding to the optimal equilibrium state of the tetrode and the maximum input charge, i.e., the maximum dynamic dialzone of operation. In order to fix the optimal RHBECHOii-Q state, the electrodes 7. And I are short-circuited, which helps to equalize the concentrations of the reagent in the surfaces of these electrodes, as well as wait for electrodes and 7 (in the integral compartment) and between electrodes 5 and P (in tank). Then, by installing a regulator 4, the initial value of the bias voltage of the electrode 6 is set near the lower limit of the horizontal portion of the output current-voltage characteristic of the tetrode. Thereafter, the bias voltage value of the shielding electrode 9 is set, at which there is no x-center voltage. er d. between electrodes 6 and 9, measured by a microvolt meter 5. At the same time, the reagent concentrations are also set at the surfaces of electrodes 6 and 5. In this state, the tetrode / is infinitely long both with a shorted input and with an open entrance, i.e. A change in the resistance of the source of the input signal does not cause the output signal to drift. This is due to the fact that between the electrodes 7 and 5 there is no concentration e. D. s., and between the electrodes 6 and 5 - the natural diffusion of the reagent. After the input charge tetrad has been communicated, when the tetrode input is open, the calibration of regulator 4 establishes the magnitude of the displacement of 1 electrode 6, at which concentration concentration is absent. d. between electrodes 6 and 9. If this magnitude of the displacement voltage is less (more) than the upper limit of the horizontal portion of the output current-voltage characteristics of the tetrode, respectively, increase (decrease) the input charge and re-adjust the regulator 4, changing its calibration . The work of the integrator is essentially the same as the amplifier (Fig. 1), with the difference that the counteraction of the concentration e. d. the input current is negligible since the input signal source is the current generator and its voltage is much more than the concentration e. d. In addition, the positive effect of eliminating the natural diffusion of reactant is not that the current source of the input signal is reduced, which is important for the amplification mode, but an increase in the linearity of the characteristic (Conversion, reduction of the output signal drift and expansion of the dynamic dianzone of the integrator. When used the tetrode in the enhancement mode, .a C, 1-triode in the 1integra1para mode. These positive effects of the elimination of the natural diffusion of the reagent are retained; The regulator 4's adapters will be slightly modified. The transducer of mechanical quantities in the differential pressure sensor (Fig. 3) has two shielded compartments with electrodes 6, 7 and membrane 10 in each compartment. Its principle of operation is based on controlling the flow of electrolyte through the holes in electrodes 6 using membranes 10 and on measuring the current of convective diffusion of an electrolyte reagent with the aid of these electrodes. Changing the concentration of the reagent at the surface of the electrodes 6 causes a change in the values of the currents passing through the resistance 3 narrow, and hence the voltage drops across these resistances. In order to maintain a constant initial value of the reagent concentration at the surface of the shielding electrodes 6, which also serve to read the output signal, it is necessary to adjust the bias voltage of each of these electrodes with the help of regulators 4 in their circuits (power supply). 1 is a non-electric value, the regulation of these voltages can be carried out both on the current of the electrodes 6 and on the basis of the emissive voltage across them. The adjustment of the regulators 4 is advisable to run through This is simpler and more accurate. This adjustment is performed in the same way as in the integrator (Fig. 2) with the difference that the adjustment stages correspond to the optimum equilibrium state of the converter / and the maximum difference pressures of one of the directions alternately. Sensor operation can be considered for the case of the effect of pressure difference of one direction, for example, from left to right, since it similarly happens for the case of the opposite effect. .When a pressure difference is applied to the mem. .10 converter 1, electrolyte flows from left to right through the holes in electrodes 6, which is proportional to the input effect. As a result, the current increases at the left electrode 6, decreases at the right electrode, and the difference between their garoports is national to the electrolyte flow rate and, consequently, to the pressure difference. A change in the values of the currents of the electrodes 6 affects the regulators 4 and leads to a change in the bias voltages of the electrodes 6, therefore, the initial value of the concentration of the reagent at the surfaces of these electrodes remains unchanged. In this way, the natural diffusion of the reagent through the holes in the electrodes 6 is eliminated, which, as in the integrator (Fig. 2), leads to an increase in the linearity of the conversion and reduction of the output current drift and expansion of the dynamic work area. Tests of the above devices confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method of controlling the characteristics of electrochemical converters and its advantages over the known methods: the amplifier reduces the current consumption of the input source, the linearity of the conversion characteristic in the integrator and the sensor, and the range of operation is extended, and the output drift is reduced in all devices. Claim 1. Method of adjusting the characteristics of electrochemical converters by using a signal with a screened electrode All, in order to increase accuracy and expand the dynamic range of the operation (by eliminating the natural diffusion of the electrolyte reagent, maintain the original initial value of the concentration of the reagent at the surface of the screening electrode by adjusting its bias voltage using signals obtained by measuring the current, for example, an electrode in a screen an animated compartment and a concentration emf between the shielding electrode and the reference electrode located outside the shielded compartment in the electrolyte zone with a concentration of the reagent close to the concentration at the surface of the shielding electrode. 2.
