Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в корпусе эксцентрично по отношению к оси выходного вала выполнена расточка, в которой установлен подшипник, а каждый из держателей выполнен в виде рычага, один конец которого снабжен гнездом дл  установки инструмента , а другой имеет форму полусферы и взаимодействует с внутренней поверхностью подшипника, причем оси держателей расположены перпендикул рно оси вращени  вала двигател .
