Claims (2)

Така  конструкци  устройства всл ствие наличи  надежной опоры у формы позвол ет проводить-раздув заготово высоким давлением, что повышает про изводительность устройства и сокращает отходы материала. На фиг, 1 показано предлагаемое устройство дл  производства изделий из термопласта при открытой разъемной форме, вертикальный разрез; на фиг. 2 - устройство с закрытой разъемной формой, вертик ьный разрез. Устройство дл  производства полых тел из термопластов содержит механизм I выдавливани  заготовок, снабженный трубной головкой 2 с кольцевым мундштуком 3 и подвижным от привода 4 коническим полым дерном 5, разъемную форму, состо щую из боковых полуформ б и 7, соответствующих боковой и донной част м издели , и центрального вкладыша 8, соответству ющего горловине издели  и снабженног раздувной иглой 9 и приводом осевого перемещени  до упора в мундштук. В полости дорна 5 устройства размешен также снабженный приводом 10 осевого перемещени  стержень 11 с оформл ющей частью 12, соответствующей внутренней конфигурации горловины издели , а поверхность 13 мундштука 3, прилегающа  к отверстию дл  выхода трубчатой заготовки, выполнена в виде усеченного конуса, об разующего острый угол с внутренней поверхностью мундштука 3. На наружных поверхност х боковых полуформ 6 и 7 имеютс  конические расточки 14, причем поверхность боковых полуформ 6 и 7 в плоскости разъема выполнена в виде режущих кромок 15. На центральном вкладыше 8 установ лен кулачок 16, а вдоль пути его перемещени  - .переключатели 17-19, сое диненные с запоминающим устройством, которое регулирует перемещение вкладыша 8 и величину зазора между мундштуком 3 и дорном 5. Устройство работает следующим образом . В начале цикла изготовлени  полого издели  центральный вкладьши 8 опу щен до упора в мундштук 3, а стержен 11 находитс  в верхнем положении, та что его оформл юща  часть 12 выведена из дорна 5. Механизм 1 выдавливани  заготовки экструдирует трубчатую заготовку 20, котора  заходит внутрь вклахцзпаа 8, образу  при этом горловину издели . Затем привод центрального вкладыша 8 перемещает его в верхнее положение, при этом механ эм 1 вылавливани  заготовки будет непрерывно подавать расплавленный материал через кольцевой зазор между мундштуком 3 и дорном 5, необходи- мый дл  образовани  нормальной труб--чатой заготовки 20. При движении центрального вкладыша 8 вверх его кулачок 16 взаимодействует с переключател ми 19, l6 и 17, которые регулируют перемещение вкладыша 8 и величину зазора между мундштуком 3 и дорном 5 посредством привода 4, так что заготовка 20 получает необходимую толщину стенок по соответствующим зонам. После перемещени  центрального вкладыша В в исходное положение раздува заготовки 20 стержень 11 под действием своего привода 10 утапливаетс  в дорне 5, а полуформы 6 и 7 смыкаютс , взаимодейству  расточками 14 с наклонной поверхностью 13 мундштука 3 и отсека  своими режущими кромками 15 заготовку 20 от термопластичного материала, наход щегос  в зазоре между мундштуком 3 и дорном 5.
