. Предлагаемый способ может примен тьс  также дл  изготовлени  активной массы других источников тока, если на волокно нанос т покрытие из порошка металла, вход щего в состав электрода.co Known binder for the active mass of lead-battery electrodes, containing synthetic fiber, such as polypropylene, with an antistatic coating in the form of a layer of metal powder. Aluminum, titanium, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, tungsten, gold, silver, platinum, palladium or alloys - brass, stainless steel are used as antistatic coatings. However, chemical elements that are not part of the prescription of electrodes are introduced into the active mass. which adversely affects battery performance. The purpose of the invention is to improve the electrical characteristics of the battery. This is achieved by taking lead with a particle size of 510 microns as an antistatic coating. 3 - Example. Synthetic, for example polypropylene, fiber in the form of threads is passed between a pair of rubberized rolls of a bath with a lead powder of the following fractional composition: the residue on the sieve is 0.16 - not more than 8%, the passage through the sieve is 004 65-80%. Then the fiber is fed to the cutting machine, where it is cut into villi of a given size. During the cutting process, relatively large lead grains with weak adhesion disappear and a uniform metal layer remains on the villi. The resulting pile is uniformly mixed with lead powder and sulfuric acid in an electric mixer, forming the active mass of lead electrodes. . The proposed method can also be used to manufacture the active mass of other current sources if the fiber is coated with metal powder, which is part of the electrode.
