This invention relates to novel chemical compounds, specifically to polymerizable oligoimides.
Polymerization oligoimides based on tetracarboxylic dianhydrides, for example pyromellitic, benzophenone tetracarbonic, etc., and aromatic diamines, which are produced in the presence of maleic anhydride that blocks the terminal amino groups of the oligomer, are known. The molecular weight of these oligomers is determined by the molar ratio of dianhydride:; anhydride. Known oligoimides are obtained by a two-step method involving the intramolecular cyclization of prepolymers — polyamic acids. This process requires the use of high temperatures and is carried out in a product molded from prepolymer.
In the case of polymerization oligoimides, the upper limit of the cyclization temperatures is limited by the temperature at which the polymerization of the end maleimide groups begins (150-175 ° C). At the same time, it is known that in polyimides, even after heat treatment at 250-300 ° C, a certain amount of uncyclized regions are present (up to 20%). The highly polarized weak amide bonds present in the polymer are broken at rather low temperatures and initiate progressive decomposition of the polymer. Besides
Moreover, when using the usual two-step method, the process of intramolecular cyclization, accompanied by the release of water, takes place in the product and is released
пары воды разрушают микроструктуру издели , что отражаетс в снижении механической прочности и термостабильности образца.water vapor destroys the microstructure of the product, which is reflected in the decrease in mechanical strength and thermal stability of the sample.
