Description

Изобретение относитс  к трубопро водному контейнерному пневмотранспорту , а именно к установке трубопро водного контейнерного пневмотранспорта . Известна установка трубопроводного контейнерного пневмотранспорта, с держаща  транспортный трубопровод с подсоединенной к нему воздуходувной машиной и установленный на трубопроводе запорный полнопроходный клапан, срабатывающий по сигналам датчика ре гистрации прохождени  контейнеров 1 и 2. Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности установки в работе. Цель достигаетс  тем, что на трубопроводе установлен электромагнит, св занный с датчиком и через т гу с запорным клапаном, и двуплечий рычаг Один конец этого рычага снабжен роликом и через прорезь, выполненную в трубопроводе, установлен во внутреннюю полость трубопровода, а второй конец прикреплен к т ге. На фиг. 1 показана предлагаема  установка, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - се ци  трубопровода с запорным клапаном продольный разрез; на фиг. 3 - то же но с электромагнитным и механическим управл ющими устройствами. Установка включает состо щий из отдельных секций транспортный трубопровод 1, кажда  секци  которого снабжена воздухопродувной машиной 2. На вы-, ходном торце каждой секций трубопровода 1 установлен запорный клгшан 3, состо щий из жестко закрепленной на трубопроводе 1 насадки 4 (фиг. 2) с двум  кронштейнами 5 и фронтальной стенкой 6; двух заслонок 7, шарнирно закрепленных на кронштейнах 5; двух боковых стенок 8 треугольной формы, приваренных к фронтальной стенке 6 и расположенных параллельно продольной оси трубопровода 1. При закрытом положении клапана 3 заслонки 7 поджаты к боковым стенкам 8 при пометци пружин 9, один конец которых св зан с заслонками 7, а другой с опорной рамой 10, снабженной резиновыми ограничител ми 11, фиксирук цими открытое положение заслонок 7. Дл  полной герметизации клапана 3 заслонки 7 и боковые стенки 8 снабжены уплотнени ми 12. Привод клапана 3 включает два электромагнита 13, срабатывающих от элекмагнитного датчика 14, регистрирующегоThe invention relates to a container container pneumatic conveying, in particular to the installation of a container pipeline pneumatic conveying. The installation includes transport pipeline 1 consisting of separate sections, each section of which is equipped with an air-blowing machine 2. A shut-off valve 3 is installed at the output end of each section of pipeline 1, consisting of a nozzle 4 rigidly fixed on pipe 1 (Fig. 2) two brackets 5 and the front wall 6; two flaps 7, hinged on the brackets 5; two side walls 8 of a triangular shape, welded to the front wall 6 and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pipeline 1.
