The invention relates to the field of electroplating, in particular to the electrochemical deposition of shiny tin coatings.
1.The closest to the proposed composition of components is a pyrophosphate electrolyte for tinning containing tin dichloride, potassium pyrophosphate, table glue 1.
However, such an electrolyte, which allows to obtain fine crystalline semi-bright coatings, is unstable due to the accumulation of tetravalent tin in it.
Кроме того, в известном электролите осаждение покрытий при высоких плотност х тока возможно только при повышенных температурах .In addition, in a known electrolyte, deposition of coatings at high current densities is possible only at elevated temperatures.
The proposed electrolyte differs from the well-known in that in order to increase the stability of the electrolyte and extend the range of operating current densities, it additionally contains pyrophosphoric acid, sulfosalicylic acid, and ammonium phosphate acid in a single component ratio, g / l:

The electrolyte is prepared as follows. The required amount of tin dichloride is dissolved in water acidified with HCl (3 ml HCl per I liter of water), and the solution is added to the potassium pyrophosphate solution with stirring. Then pyrophosphoric acid, solutions of sulfosalicylic acid and monosodium ammonium phosphate are introduced. The glue solution is added last.
In the presence of pyrophosphoric acid, tin forms sufficiently strong and protonated complexes.

и 5п(НзР207)2, разр д котоSn (H2P207)2 рых протекает с высокой пол ризацией, что обеспечивает получение блест щих покрытий в интервале плотностей тока 1 -15 А/дм.and 5p (HzP207) 2, the discharge of Sn (H2P207) 2 flows with high polarization, which provides brilliant coatings in the range of current densities of 1-15 A / dm.
The dissolution of the anodes proceeds actively, without passivation, since pyrophosphoric acid binds the formed tin ions into strong complexes. The low pH of the electrolyte (, 5) in the presence of pyrophosphoric acid also contributes actively to the dissolution of the anodes. Due to the normal anodic process, the anodic oxidation of tin from bivalent
2. The anodes retain a metallic sheen to a current of 25 A / dm. Ammonium ions and sulfosalicylate - ion - serve as additional ligands for the formation of mixed complexes of Sn (LH3) 2 (HzP2O7) 2, which also leads to an increase in polarization and an improvement in the quality of precipitation. In addition, the presence of a sulfo group increases the gloss of the coatings, and the presence of H2O4 in the electrolyte improves its buffering properties. When concentrating in the electrolyte CPS less than 40 g / l, the permissible current densities decrease, and with concentration more than 60 g / l it is necessary to increase the concentration of ligands, which adversely affects the stability of the electrolyte. The selected concentration limits K4P207, H4P207, SIBZONSONSOZN and LI4H2P04 contribute to the sustainable existence of protonated and mixed complexes. Electrolyte correction is carried out according to the results of chemical analysis. Example 1. Brilliant crystalline coatings are precipitated from an electrolyte containing, g / l: Tin dichloride 50 Potassium pyrophosphoric acid250 Pyrophosphoric acid22 Sulfosalicylic acid30 Ammonium phosphate monosubstituted 40 Glue table 2 at pH 2-2.5; room temperature and current density of 1 -15 A / dm. The accumulation of tetravalent tin in the electrolyte is not observed. Example 2. In an electrolyte containing, g / l: Tin dichloride 50 Potassium pyrophosphate 250 Pyrophosphoric acid 19 Sulfosalicylic acid 24 Ammonium phosphate of monosubstituted30 Glue table pry2 6 under conditions similar to example 1, bright coatings are observed, but a decrease in yield is observed, but under the same conditions as in example 1, a good coating is deposited, but a yield is observed, but under the conditions, analogous to example 1, a good coating is observed, but a yield is observed, but the surface of the substrate is reduced, 6 6 Example 3. Under conditions analogous to example 1, in an electrolyte containing g / l: Tin dichloride 50 Potassium pyrophosphoric acid250 Pyrophosphoric acid26 Sulfosalicylic acid36 Monosubstituted ammonium phosphate50 Glue stolichny2 precipitated semi-shiny coatings. Checking the stability of the electrolyte during operation by accumulating Sn i in it shows that after passing 600 Ah / L, the initial content of Sn in it increases from 0.2 to 0.7 g / l. In this case, glitter and coating are deposited, the anodes are light, there is no sediment on the bottom of the vappa. The Scatter method of electrolyte is 56.7%. The resulting coatings with a thickness of 8 microns have a porosity of 0.2 to 1 cm and a microhardness of 15-20 KG / MM2. The molds are aa and 3 a b e and a brilliant tinning electrolyte containing tin dichloride, potassium pyrophosphate, is table glue, characterized in that, in order to increase the stability of the electrolyte and extend the range of operating current densities, it also contains prophosphoric acid, sulfosalicylic acid and ammonium phosphate monosubstituted with the following ratio of components, g / l: Tin dichloride40-60 Potassium pyrophosphoric acid240-260 Pyrophosphoric acid20-25 Sulfosalicylic acid25-35 Ammonium phosphoric acid th odnozameschennyy35-45 Glue table rnyy1-2,5 Sources of information received into account in the examination 1.
