This invention relates to medicine and concerns surgical instruments. On the main auth, sv. No. 513696, a device for surgical suturing is known, which is a suture with needles, the needles being fixed along the length of the thread at a distance necessary to form a suture. However, in such a device, after cutting the required number of needles and threads, the two extreme threads are pressed into the needles, which leads to an increase in time for the threads to pass through the fabric and patch and to reduce the strength of the seam after tying the threads. In order to reduce the time of suturing and increase its strength in the proposed device, the beginning and end of the thread are connected by a needle. In addition, in order to more quickly locate two threads that form one U-shaped W-B, the threads are marked, for example, dyed in one color. FIG. Figures 1 and 2 schematically depict a device for applying surgical sutures. The device is surgical needles 1-6 and synthetic yarns 7-18, with the needles fastened along the length of the threads at the distance required for the formation of a suture, and connected in the form of a bead. The beginning and the coping threads are pressed into one needle, for example, the needle 1. All the threads are interconnected in a circular fashion, and the number of needles in the needle can be different. Using needles 1-6 and yarns 7-18, patch 19 can be stitched around the perimetr. By quickly finding two threads forming one U-shaped seam, the threads are marked, for example dyed in one color. The device is used as follows. When holding the thread, for example through a patch, the needle holder takes the needle 1, stitches the patch edge with it, then intercepts the needle with the needle holder and after it draws two threads 7.3, then takes the needle 2j pull the threads 9, 10 and then gradually the needles 3 4, 5, 6, which lead the threads 11, 12; 13, 14; 15, 16; 17, 18. In this way, the time for conducting the threads is reduced by half. When flashing the edge of a defect, the process is repeated, and the time is also shortened by half. After that, the needles are cut off and adjacent threads are tied (for example, ninth to Eighth, eleventh and tenth, and so on) Before Since the two end threads are pressed into one needle, the time for their carrying out and binding is reduced. To make it easier to find the ends of the yarns that form the U-shaped seam, they are marked (the ends of the future mBa are colored with the same color), for example, the eighth and ninth are black, the ten and eleven are white, and so on. The described device (arm NDA atrauma tic needles) is used primarily when inserting patches into an interventricular septal defect, where the use of a nymph is used, and gives a positive effect, which is of fundamental importance, since the patch lining time is reduced (twice), as a result of which the operation can be Fill without cardiopulmonary bypass, with two threads being held for one injection of the atraumatic needle, but not one. In addition, the holding of two threads with one atraumatic needle injures the tissues much less, as the number of injections is also halved. Claim 1. Surgical suture device according to ed. swith No. 513696, distinguished by the fact that, in order to reduce the time of suturing and increase its strength, the beginning and end of the thread are connected by a needle, 2.-Устройство поп. 2.-device pop. 1, characterized by the fact that, in order to more quickly locate two threads forming one U-shaped seam, the threads are marked, for example, dyed in one color.
