This goal is achieved by introducing a zero-angle sensor, which is mechanically connected to the selsyn receiver and stepper motor, a pulse generator, a kcm-frequency converter, a Pitav circuitry circuit, and two other devices connected to the transmitter. The most recent input is with the output of the zero-angle sensor, the AND to OR logic elements are reversible, and the output of adding the phase pulse generator is connected to the input inputs of the stepping motor control circuit and the reversible counter. through the first element AND, and the output of the phase deduction (pulse 6 of the pulse discriminator is connected to the subtracting input of the reversible counter via the second logical element AND, and to the subtracting input of the control circuit of the stepping motor through the serially connected second logical element And and OR, the output of the pulse generator connected to the second input of the logical element OR, the second inputs of the logical elements AND, the reset input of the reversible counter to the control input of the pulse generator are connected to the output of the power supply circuit, and the outputs reverse The meter is connected to the input of the integrated flow indicator through the code frequency converter. The drawing shows the flowchart of the flow meter described. The mass flow meter contains a sensitive element 1 in the fluid flow, a selsyn sensor 2 mechanically connected to the sensitive element 1 and electrically connected to the village by the syn receiver 3, phase pulse discriminator 4 connected to the marshousing receiver 3, stepper motor control circuit 5 connected via the channel of the phase discriminator 4 through z scheme And 6, and the channel subtraction - through the scheme And 7 and the scheme | IL AND 8, a stepper motor 9, connected to the output of the stepper motor control circuit 5 and mechanically connected with the selsyn receiver 3, the zero angle sensor 10 and the instantaneous flow indicator 11. Elements 2–9 form the loop of the system the angular position of the output shaft of the element 1, sensitive to changes in the instantaneous fluid flow. To measure the total flow rate, a reversible pulse counter 12 is added to the flow meter device, the addition input of which is connected to the circuit 6 output, and the subtraction input is connected to the output of circuit 7, the code-frequency converter 13 associated with the code outputs of the reversible counter 12, the indicator total flow 14, connected to the output of the year-frequency converter 13. To increase the reliability of operation, the flow meter during emergency power supply outages of the network uses a control circuit for power supply 15, the measuring circuit of which is connected A source of ntrraio of 16 pins is supplied, and a control input is connected to a zero angle sensor 10, a pulse generator 17, whose input is connected to the output of circuit 15, and the output is connected to the input of the OR circuit 8. The output of the circuit 15 also has a reversing input Chica 12 and diagrams And 6 and 7. The mass flow meter works as follows. When the power source 16 is turned on and under normal conditions of its operation, the power control circuit 15 is activated. A signal is generated at its output that locks the AND 6 and 7 circuits, which leads to the opening of the follower system circuit (elements 2-9), exposes the reversing 1H the counter 12 to zero, which causes the cue to stop the arrival of pulses on the total flow indicator 14, starts the generator of pulses 17, the pulses of which through the OR 8 circuit arrive at the subtracting input of the stepper motor control circuit 5; at the same time, the associated stepper and the driver begins to rotate in the direction in which the rigidly associated selsyn receiver 3 and the zero angle sensor 10 rotate towards the zero position. At the moment of their zero position, a zero-angle sensor 10 is triggered. At the same time, a voltage pulse is generated at its output, the effect of which on the control input of the power control circuit 15 causes the output of the last signal, which removes the potential from the reversible counter 12, opens circuits AND 6 and 7 and turns off the pulse generator 17. A mass flow meter state in which the selsyn receiver 3, the zero angle sensor 10 and the instantaneous flow indicator 11 are in the zero position, the tracking system is closed put down counter 12 to zero is the starting. If there is a positive imbalance unbalance of the resolver 2 and the resolver 3 from the output of the phase pulse discriminator 4, the voltage pulses go to the add input of the stepping motor control circuit 5 and to the add input of the reversible counter 12 until the tracking system does not work out the unbalance angle selsyno receiver 2 into selsyn receiver 3. In this case, a code corresponding to the instantaneous flow rate is set at aihopa of the reversing counter 12. This code controls the code-frequency converter 13 and determines the pulse frequency from the converter 13 output to the input of the total flow indicator 14, the readings of which depend on the total number of pulses received at its input during the flow meter operation. With a negative angular imbalance between the selsyn sensor and the selsyn receiver from the subtraction output of the phase discriminator 4, the voltage pulses arrive at the subtraction inputs of the stepping motor control circuit 5 and the reversing counter 12 until the tracking system runs out of negative angular imbalance sensor 2 and selsyn receiver 3. In this case, the output of the reversible counter 12 is set to a code corresponding to the new value of the instantaneous flow rate, and the code-frequency 13 is set to the output of the converter vs the frequency of the pulses arriving at the total flow indicator 14.
