Devices are known for automatically controlling the air mode of a jigging machine, including valve-type pulsators, electropneumatic valves and a control unit. The disadvantages of such devices include the presence in the control circuits of a large number of elements that require a constant temperature, which do not allow the jigging machine to be tuned to the optimum operating mode under conditions of varying ambient temperature. With the efficiency of the jigging process, the control unit of the proposed device is made on thyristors embedded in the power supply circuit of the coils of electromagnets of electropneumatic valves, and the thyristor control circuits are bypassed with transistors, the capacitors are included in the emitter-base circuit. The device consists of a valve-type pulsator (the number of pulsators corresponds to the number of compartments of the jigging machine), two electro-pneumatic valves (one to control the inlet valves and the other to control the exhaust valves of the pulsators) and a control unit. The pulsator consists of a housing 1 in which a spring-loaded rod is mixed in the guides.

Cavity air bellows through fittings 5 communicated with electropneumatic valves. The electropneumatic valves are installed on the compressed air receiver 6 and consist of a housing 7 with covers 8 and 9, in the guide bushings of which movable spring-loaded rods 10 are mounted, rigidly connected to the membrane 11. The inlet 12 and outlet 13 valves are freely seated on the rods 10 . The control unit 14 is highly volatile on contactless elements and is a low-frequency generator that generates electrical pulses that control the electromagnets 15 and 16 of the air inlet and outlet of the car. The control unit 14 allows independent, smooth adjustment of the durations of intake, pause, release. The control circuits are powered by a constant voltage from a stabilizer, implemented on transformer 17, diodes 18421, capacitor 22, transistors 23, 24, zener diode 25 and resistors 26, 27, 28. The thyristor 29 is powered by a separate voltage of a transformer with alternating voltage. The duration of the inlet pulse (time of air intake to the jigging machine) is determined by the charging time of the capacitor 30 across the circuit resistors 31, 32, capacitor 30, transistor 33 bypasses the thyristor control circuit 29. The transistor 34 shunts the capacitor 37 located in the circuit, moreover, this circuit gives a pause duration. Thyristor 38 is powered by a separate transformer winding, alternating voltage. The transistor 39 bridges the capacitor 42 located in the resistors 40, 41, and this circuit sets the duration of the output pulse (the time the air is released from the jigging machine). The transistor 43 shunts the capacitor 30. The device operates as follows. When the power of the control unit is turned on, a thyristor 29 is opened, the circuit of which includes an electromagnet 15 coil of the control electropneumatic valve. The armature of the electromagnet, retracted, closes the opening in the fitting of the lid 9 connecting the cavity A of the electro-pneumatic valve with the atmosphere. Compressed air from cavity B through the hole in the membrane enters cavity A. Pressure in cavities A and B is released, and the shaft 10 of the electropneumatic valve moves to the extreme right. The air pulse cavity of the torus through the opened window of the inlet valve 13 communicates with the atmosphere, the upward movement of the pulsator stem and, consequently, the opening of the inlet ports in the pulsator housing, through which the compressed air is fed into the air chamber of the jigging machine, occurs. After the intake time (charge of the capacitor 30), the transistor 33 opens, shunting the thyristor control circuit 29. The coil of the electromagnet de-energizes, and the measles under the influence of the spring opens an opening in the cover of the electro-pneumatic valve, connecting cavity A with the atmosphere. Excess air pressure in the cavity B will mix the stem with the valves to the leftmost position (Fig. 1). From the receiver through the cavity B and the inlet opening of the electropneumatic valve, the compressed air enters the pulsator air tube and closes the inlet ports in the pulsator with valves, stopping the air supply to the air chamber of the machine. At the end of the pause (the charging time of the capacitor 37), the thyristor 38 is opened and the release period begins. The operation of the release valve is similar to that described above. At the end of the output period (the charging time of the capacitor 42), the transistor 43 (feedback) opens, which brings the circuit to its initial state. In the following, the cycle repeats. Apparatus for automatically controlling the air mode of a jigging machine, including valve-type pulsators, electropneumatic valves and a control unit, characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of the jigging process, the control unit is implemented on thyristors connected to the power supply circuits of the coils of the electro-electromagnets of the alectropneumatic valves moreover, the thyristor control circuits are shunted by transistors, the emitter-base circuits of which include capacitors.
