Данный состав пасты дл металлизации необожженной высокоглиноземистой керамики , в частности, керамики типа 22 ХС, позвол ет значительно упростить технологический процесс изготовлени металлоке- рамических корпусов интегральных схем путем перехода на шoгocлoйнyю технологию .
