Недостатком такого соединени   вл ете высокое контактное напр жение и низка  усталостна  прочность вала. Снижение контактного напр жени  и повышение усталостной прочности вала обеспечнваетс  за счет того, что в предлагаемом соединений в торцах ступицы выполнены 1ФОТОЧКИ, а в них установлены кольца из материала меньшей твердости, например меди, дюрал , запрессованные на вал, На 4йг. 1 представлено предлагаемое соединение ступицы с запрессованным в нее валом; на фиг, 2 - сравнительные результан ты испытаний соединэний на усталостную прочность. Соединение состоит из вала 1 с закрепленной на нем ступицей 2,;в проточках 3 кото1:юй расположены кольца 4. Сборка предлагаемого соединени  осуше- ютал етс  в следующем пор дке.
