Изобретение относитс к кожгалантерейному производству, в частности к устройствам дл изготовлени кожгалантерейных изделий методом сварки токами высокой частоты. Известное устройство содержит основание с нижним и верхним электродами, а также подвижные боковые прижимы. Дл повышени производительности труда в предлагаемом устройстве верхний электрод снабжен подпружиненным упором и прижимом стенки издели и размещен на шарнирно закрепленной на основании откидной плите, на которой смонтирована подпружиненна рамка, взаимодействующа с прижимом. С помощью этого устройства возможна сварка узла кожгалантерейного издели без сн ти тканевой основы материала по контуру соединительного шва посредством термопластической полосы. На фиг. 1 схематично изображено предлагаемое устройство; на фиг. 2 - то же, вид сверху; на фиг. 3 - разрез по А-А на фиг. 2; на фиг. 4 - вид по стрелке Б на фиг. 3; на фиг. 5 - разрез по В-В на фиг. 2. Устройство содержит основание 1 и жестко прикрепленный к нему нижний электрод 2, на котором расположена изол ционна плита 3. По кра м нижнего электрода 2 закреплены ограничительные планки 4, на которых расположены зажимы 5 краев ботана 6 издеЛИЯ . Внутри нижнего электрода 2 расположен поворотный механизм, состо щий из кулачка 7 и рычага 8 поворота, закрепленных на оси 9. Кулачок 7 при повороте его рычагом 8 отжимает подпружиненные пластины 10, соединенные с т гами, нижней 11 и верхней 12, которые можду собой соединены планками 13, шарнирно прикрепленными к стойкам 14. К верхним т гам прикреплены изол ционные пластины 15, служащие прижимом ботана 6 издели к нижнему электроду 2. Бокова стенка 16 издели фиксируетс на нижнем электроде 2 с помощью изол ционного прижима 17, который закреплен шарнирно на основании 1 посредством кронштейнов 18 и рычагов 19 и по наружному контуру которого нат гиваетс термопластична полоса 20, фиксирующа с зажимами 21. Дл загибки кра ботана 6 издели служит рамка 22, выполненна с профильным пазом по контуру, котора посредством рычагов 23 и кронштейнов 24 шарнирно прикреплена к основанию 1, а при откидывании опираетс на упоры 25. Верхний электрод 26 закреплен на плите 27, котора шарнирно укреплена на основании 1 посредством рычагов 28 и кронштейнов 29. При откидывании плита опираетс на упоры 30. К плите 27 крепитс подвижно подпружиненна рамка 31, а на наружной стороне электрода 26 зстановлеп подпружиненный упор 32. Устройство работает следующим образом. В исходном положении верхний электрод 26, прижим 17 и рамка 22 удалены (откинуты ),, а изол ционные прижимы 15 отведены в сторону. В этом положении на нижний электрод надевают ботан 6 издели и фиксируют зажимами 5.
