Description

Предлагаема  машина назначаетс  дл  завертывани  в бумажные обложки круглых конфет с закручиванием бумажек в виде бантиков на концах конфет. В известных машинах такого назначени , состо щих из вращающегос  барабана с  чейками дл  вкладывани  в них бумажных оберток и конфет и из расположенных около барабана завертывающих приснособлений, обертка на противоположных концах конфеты закручиваетс  в разные стороны; в предлагаемой же мащине это закручивание делаетс  в одну и ту же сторону. С этой целью в полукруглые  чейки барабанов мащины вставлены цилиндрические раскрывные и поворачивающиес  вокруг своей оси втулки, в которые собственно и вкладываютс  бумажки и конфеты, а по сторонам барабанов установлены особые диски, удерживающие от вращени  концы бумажных оберток во врем  поворачивани  конфет, отчего эти концы и закручиваютс .The proposed machine is designated for wrapping round sweets in paper covers with curling pieces of paper at the ends of the sweets. установлен главный вал 2, на котором сид т барабаны JO, снабженные на своей цилиндрической поверхности  чейками /7, р дом с которыми с одной стороны имеютс  полукруглые выточки /5. На том же валу 2 по обе стороны каждого барабана /О насажены, с возможностью некоторого продольного перемещени  на валу, диски 3, отделенные от своего барабана пружинами 6 и снабженные против  чеек // барабана соответственными гнездами 7. Барабаны и диски привод тс  Б прерывистое вращение от электродвигател  24 при посредстве системы зубчатых передач, в которую входит щестерн  22 с одним зубом. Дл  выполнени  закручивани  концов обложки путем поворачивани  обернутой в нее конфеты вокруг своей оси, конфеты и бумажки вкладываютс  не пр мо в  чейки 7/ барабанов, а в особые цилиндрические втулки (фиг. 3 и 4), вставл емые в эти  чейки с предохранением от выпадени . Втулки эти, состо щие из двух соединенных на щарнире /9 створок 77 и J6, раскрываютс , причем перва  створка укладываетс  целиком в выточку /5 около  чейки и закрепл етс  пружинкой 27, и в таком раскрытом виде вступают в работу. Вращением барабанов 10 втулки подвод тс  прежде всего под бесконечную ленту 9 с кулачками 8, которыми идущие с катушек /2 и 13 бумажные ленты дл  двойной обертки конфет вправл ютс  в половину втулки. Далее при вращении барабанов в эту раскрытую половину вкладываетс  через направл ющий колоб 42 конфета 44, автоматически подаваема  из бункера 43 в жолоб при помощи пружинного толкател  45, и в этой же позиции  чеек //со втулками бумажные ленты подвергаютс  разрезанию на отдельные форматки ножами 41, причем ленты прижимаютс  подушечками 40. Эти отдельные дл  каждого барабана ножи, дл  пропуска которых в кра х барабанов и дисков имеютс  прорезы 14, укреплены в общем держателе 50, приводимом в движение вращающимис  эксцентриковыми шайбами 39. При проходе под неподвижной планкой 33, снабженной направл ющими пружинными пластинками 34, конфета обертываетс  в бумажные обложки, а затем выступы 35 на краю планки 33 сдвигают пружину 21, удерживающую створку 17 втулки, и тогда эта створка под действием пружинки 20, вложенной в выточке /5, поднимаетс  из последней, но почти тотчас же попадает под действие установленной ниже другой неподвижной планки 36 с зубчатой рейкой на нем, вследствие чего створка /7 втулки пригибаетс  к лежащей в  чейке //створке 16, и втулка с обернутой конфетой внутри , таким образом, закрываетс .
