Изобретение относитс  к литейному производству . Известны выплавки синтетического чугуна путем науглероживани  расплава же леза углеродсодержащим реагентом, например , коксом, электродным боем. Целью изобретени   вл етс  увеличение скорости процесса ; науглероживани  рас«плава .улучшение качества синтетического чугуна. Дл  этого в качестве карбюризатора при выплавке синтетического чугуна исполь зуют сажистое железо. Дл  получени  синтетического чугуна по предлагаемой технологии после расплавлени  в печи металлической шихты в расплав ввод т сажистое железо в виде окатышей или брикетов, состо щих из металлического железа и сажи, с содержанием углерода в них 1О-ЗО% и размером окатышей 1О-30 мм, брикетов - 4О хбО мм. Формула изобретени  Способ выплавки синтетического чугуна, например в электропечах, включающий введение углеродсодержашего реагента в печь, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью увеличени  скорости процесса углероживани  и улучшени  качества чугуна , в качестве углеродсодержашего реагеПта используетс  сажистое железо.The invention relates to foundry.
